No, windows store is wholly different, the exe and other things are totally locked that's why you can't use mods and things like fps counters screen filters and all sorts of other programs won't function. As well as the way Microsoft basically tethers your game directly to Windows.
To be fair I am extremely skeptical that they actually sold that many consoles. Your using vgchartz and while I am not trying to jump on the bandwagon against them. For xbox sales they are just spitballing it, and I feel like compared to the other tracking sites they have been above the rest all generation.

I'm pretty sure if the 360 had failed like the One they would have been done with gaming after the 360. Just like if the Scarlett bombs like the One did I think they will be looking to quickly exit stage left to services only.

It's funny hearing you talk about people getting banned, how many times have you gotten timed out? You get more comments flagged than anyone else on the site yet you never get banned for some reason. I have seen people get banned for far less than half of what you do. It's ridiculous how biased the mods treatment of you is.

This is a critically underappreciated series, I know there are tons of people who would really enjoy the unique gameplay but never try the game because they either don't know what it's about (and think it's just another simple jrpg) or just won't let themselves play as a girl.

USB is a terrible protocol for fast access and data transfer. You would be much better off taking the SSD out of the enclosure and putting it in the PS4 and taking the disk in the PS4 and swapping it into the enclosure.

No, but I do remember a time before companies started to realize this type of behavior actually costs them money when people don't want to play online games anymore because of this type of stuff.
One toxic person can easily cost a company hundreds or more paying customers. This is why you see almost all the gaming companies starting to enforce this type of stuff more and more.
