None of us know yet. It could be true, it could be false. Generally the PS3 gets installs I think to increase loading times because of Blu-ray's reading rate.
360 hasn't had to do this yet because it has fast read times(hence the jet engine sound coming from your 360 when it reads a game). It'd be nice to have an option of installation, though.

I never meant to make it sound like they wouldn't be on the PS3, I just prefer them to go towards my gamerscore since it's already built up. You know what I mean?

The complex thing he is talking about could be the lack of a in-game PS3 guide, but that doesn't mean the PS3 can't handle it, just means Sony hasn't released it yet.
In a nutshell, the PS3 is the better tech console between the two. Features of each depend on Sony and Microsoft. The PS3 hasn't unleashed what it can do yet, because I don't think even Sony knows its' limits. ...

Xbox Live made a huge upgrade and is the best online service as of now. When Home releases, it might be a different story.
