The 360 has nothing to do with your version. Sure it was ported, but that is no reason to blame the 360. If the PS3 can produce so much better looking visuals, where are they? The version isn't even HD, so I don't understand your claims. Once ported, Rockstar was allowed to use as much of the PS3's power that they wanted. The 360 didn't hold it back, limited knowledge of the PS3 did.
When are you guys going to learn? Developers need to figure out how to use the PS3's potential be...
