Lame list. GTA4 allowed disabling of the auto targeting anyway - that was the first thing I did.
Im looking forward to the next gen as much as the next person. But I'm happy to wait for 2014 if it means a bigger jump. Top line PC graphics is looking nice now, but if the hardware was in a console it wouldn't be enough to it going for another 6+ years.

Dude look at all the disagree's you got for saying something that was pretty damn logical. I'd say performance and framerate is more important than graphics although they go hand in hand.
The problem with N4G is the children get too emotionally invested if they only have one platform to choose to play the game on.

I agree. It looks like a Beta because it is a Beta. I'm sure it will improve visually for release.
What sucks is there is still small teams and NO planes once again for the consoles - how annoying. 1942 on PC still has more happening on the map than this console version.

Yeah that sucks. I game on everything. Not just PC though. It annoying people get caught up on 720p 1080p blah blah. Who cares... 720 will do fine but whats the dam frame rate at !!!
More importantly, what are the frame rates here ? Ill take high frame rate over high res if I have to choose. 30 fps feels cheap and isnt acceptable these days.
Better color is a hard topic to talk about. Personally I find PS3 does colors better than most devices, atleast with the 360.. Iv done quite a few comparisons at home.
Crysis 1 and 2 are good games and the consoles deserve to have them. I'm playing crysis 2 on PC at the moment on Extreme settings - there's alot of Wow factor to the game but it's really just another good FPS at the end of the day. Consoles are starting to show their age a little now against PC's but that's not as important as many PC snobs want you to believe unless framerates become an issue. Having said that I'm not sure what FPS the xbox port is pegged at...
Rockstar always make good games. But gone are the gritty photo digitized graphics and Sin City like world that was Max Payne.

Personally I loved the original GOW - played it twice through then bought GOW2 without hesitation. The thing is I wasnt impressed by GOW2 after that.. Go figure?? Disagree all you want but it bored me sh#tless.
Just like borderlands, this game is going to sell exceedly well. What do they have in common? A proper coop campaign that doesn't gimp it's single player. Personally I'm hoping more devs sit up and notice.
For the sake of comparisons we are trying to compare apples with apples. So talking about PC mods is utterly irrelevant fanboy nonsense.
Obviously the PC version is going to be prettier - but the question is - apples vs apples to what degree is the PC version more superior.

I hope so! Warhawk was extremely under rated. I'm yet to play a game with better flight controls and dogfights.

Agreed. I saw the both moving and the PS3 had more detailed textures, while the 360 had better shadows.
If I didn't get the PC copy i'd have gone for PS3 personally.
