I would agree only with Lost Odyssey. I think RPG's do better under the playstation banner. Just look at Tales of Vesperia: The ps3 version sold way better in it's first day in japan then the 360 version did in it's first week. Same happened with FFXIII here, in the ocident. After the last two videogame generations, Playstation users learned to love rpg's - myself included. It's a damn shame that this game didn't got a ps3 port. I would had bought it enthusiasticaly!
Shenmue(1&2);
Metal Gear Solid (1, 3, 4);
Diablo 2;
Uncharted 2;
Soul Reaver;
Demon's Soul;
Shadow of the Colossus;
Assassin's Creed 2;
Resident Evil (1, 2, 3, Code Veronica);
Final Fantasy (VII, VIII, IX, X, XII);
Skies of Arcadia;
Grandia 2.
I really would like to see:
Mystique;
Nightcrawler;
Archangel;
Miss Marvel;
Dr Octupus;
juggernaut;
Psylock;
Jon Talbain (darkstalkers);
Samanosuke (Onimusha).
I don't understand how could anyonw disagree with that! oO
It WOULD be awesome!
So... six years isn't enough time?
Not a racer fan, therefore, I probably wont get the game, but I'm happy to hear of it's success. From what I've read, there was a great deal of care in the making of this game, and I always feel glad to see a developer working hard and being rewarded by the gaming community. This is how it should be. Unfortunately, is not how it is in this generation - too often gamers reward bad service. Too often developers deliver disappointing games and get away with it without a sweat (I'...
Best idea ever!
Same here. Well, almost. I would add Dragon Age 2 to that list. And Dead Space 2. Wait, can't forget about InFamous 2! Or Mass Effect 2! Hmmm... Batman AC? (sigh)
2011 will be a crazy year for me...
Full coop campaign! That's all I need! :)
I'm having a good time with the game, and have to say it is very addictive. Though that doesn't mean Dead Nation is above average - it's not in my book. It's an really fun (and cheap) average game, and that's nothing wrong with that. The thing is, if a game don't get a really high scores these days, gamers immediately think of it as garbage. I would give Dead Nation a 7 and say that, even though it's not the last cookie in the jar, it's a very much worthy downl...
That's just what the reviewer said.
Hopefully. Though, in the immediate future, I'm more concerned about the future of sp rpg's, since they had never been so absent in an videogame generation as they are with this one. Aside from Demon's Soul and Valkyria Chronicles, I haven't seen anything good in that department. :T
"this site looking for ways to bash sony products"
And yet, they gave GT5 a perfect 10.
Metal Gear Solid, FFVIII, FFVII, Soul Reaver, Vagrant Story and Grandia. Any of those games remade with ps3 graphics would be a dream coming true!
So did I. Hey, remember MDK? That too was hilarious from the intro to the ending scene! So was - any - Oddworld.
Should it be in the desert, I hope there will also be an huge sandstorm somewhere alonge the game! It would be quite cool to have a sandstorm in an level - and it would be very cool to play it online as well!
I've also love the underwater cave's idea that George Sears came up with!
Anyway... it will be an Uncharted 3 made by ND and as so, it will be awesome nonetheless!
Looks quite nice for an srpg, but I'll wait for the new disgaea, which seams as the safest bet.
Nooooooooooooooooooooo! I was hoping they would put their efforts elsewhere.
Couldn't agree more! What were once the reward from our hard work is now the reward from our hard earned cash... I miss the old days so much!
I'm not arguing, just curious since I didn't played any of them: why is the first better then the second? And the online comunity on the first one is still great?
