Guys, don't jump to conclusions too quickly.
The only reason why PS3's version is not announced or delayed is because Square isn't sure if their FFXIII demo is ready, which they plan on shipping with the game. I'm very optimistic.

I'm no expert, but if I assume the power consumption of a LCD is constant, the extra light from a white screen vs. a black screen must come from extra energy, right? Just a little thought on the whole energy equation since you can't get something out of nothing. Unless in a black screen the LCD gives out more heat/radiation vs. the white? = energy wasted?

They have the rights to ban any names that they find not fit in the LIVE community, or because of complaints from other users.
LIVE is not free, so they should treat it as a service for exclusive members and listen to them.
