"Most multiplats are better than PS3 exclusives anyway"
What world are you living in? There are a number of incredible multiplatform games, but none of those beat exclusives. You get the times to fine-tune a game for a specific platform with exclusives. Do you have any idea how much praise Uncharted 2 got? And MGS4? Now, they're making a hack-and-slash out of a wonderful franchise due to it becoming multiplatform.
Also, saying that Half-Lif...
Well, I was saying that if it was an MMO TES, then I hope it would be on the PS3. I know if it was a regular game it definitely would be, but you never know about MMOs.
Give me a break. We all know that a PS3 is no match for an upgraded PC, but there is still a whole lot of power in the consoles. You seem to me like a PC elitist. Either way, I eagerly await the next Elder Scrolls, and I hope Bethesda makes it something incredible. Something that will blow every WRPG out of the water.
If it is... please be on PS3. I love Oblivion so damn much. As long as Bethesda keeps the game as long or longer than Oblivion with updated gameplay, I will be damn happy. An MMO would be great, but I'm not the kind of guy who likes to pay subscription fees.
No seriously, this game looks incredible. Off-topic, can anyone convince me to get the Collector's Edition? Signature Edition is out of question as I live in Canada, so please not that. Just reasons to get the Collector's Edition would be great.
Are you kidding me? KZ3, without a doubt, lived up to the expectations of 2005.
No, both of them died.
You guys just don't get it, do you? Major was bashing the PC. He obviously didn't spend two grand on a PC.
I can't wait. This is truly a game to look out for. Anyone who is even mildly interested in cars should get this.
Those who are disagreeing are very sad. I know that some do it for the heck of it, but keep it offline if that is the case. No need for people having to suffer due to others having low self-esteem or just plain being jerks.
I was replying to big_silky, get over it. I did not bash or talk trash about Halo: Reach at all. In fact, I think it's going to be a great game. If you would stop whining for a second and get rid of your fanboy mentality, perhaps you could support an intelligent argument. In this case, I will reply any further as I refuse to argue with someone with the IQ of 30.
In Heavy Rain, the fact that you are interacting with the characters is the best part of all. It makes you feel like you are responsible for them. It's something that really is special in this FPS/Shovelware saturated market. Although they may not be worthy of praise compared to music, games like Braid and Limbo are a great getaway and a great change from the generic video game. I encourage developers to follow these examples and expand upon them, because these enforce true creativity.
I'm referring to Konami, not Kojima. Kojima's a genius, but Konami's in charge of the online department. Which they screwed up. Big time. MGO's fanstastic, but the support is poor.
None of the dozen are:
Gran Turismo 5
The
Real
Driving
Simulator.
I wish I could order the Signature Edition, but I'm Canadian. Plus $240 isn't exactly a small price to pay for anything, although I would get it if I could afford it. It's worth every penny to me.
ModNation has sold 400k. Thanks for the ignorance, dizzleK.
I'm sorry, and I'm going to let you finish, but MGS4 is one of the best video games of all time... of all time!
Are you kidding me? All I felt after reading The Deathly Hallows was anger. I read all the books to end up with that pathetic excuse of an ending. Utter BS.
If only the same support came for MGS4. Damn Konami! I hate them with a burning passion!
I just hope GG makes it so that you don't have to point to the edge of the screen to make your character turn. I don't like that. I want GG to make it so that it's classic camera style. It seems cheap with that camera and reminds me far too much of playing Call of Duty: World at War on the Wii. Not good at all.
