You can bet there will be some fanboy that has to make Sony's good news into bad news. Can't we just look at it at face value and see that Sony is now on the ball and looking to win the consumer over again?
Well, when the PS3 fans had to endure the Xbox fans touting their favorite console sales for the past four years and gloating that the PS3 was DOOMED.... Yeah, you can bet there are going to be some Sony fans rubbing it in a little. As far as I am concerned, you Xbox fanboys made your own beds and now can lie in them.
I am still waiting for the PC version. That PhysX video is amazing.

I still can't stand to see enemies that constantly heal themselves through the battle. It just annoys the piss out of me.
I remember countless hours spent on Skies of Arcadia and Grandia. Both were awesome games. Crazy Taxi and Vigilanti 8 were great too. There were so many great titles for that system. It's a shame it went under.

The real question is: how long has the PS3 been as cheap as the Wii? Comparing sales of a console that has been 600 to 400 dollars for the majority of its existence thus far to a console that has been 250 since launch is silly.

When you have a good online service that provides free online play, why would you want to pay for some other service that offers the same? I sure don't. Can't wait for ModNationRacers. It looks like it will be a slick new IP.

Instead of spending almost three times as much on the i7. I got a screaming chip at a third the cost and it works beautifully with my GTX275.
Answer? A heck of a long time afterwards. Sony, just do what you do best and continue to support your products and we will continue to support you.
Kudos to Sony for finally hitting that sweet spot. And, now with that low price, I wonder what the equation will look like for seeing Sony's PS3 catch up in lifetime sales tot he 360? Not long from now eh?
