Heck, I am going to go out on a limb here and say that even without the high sales numbers, GT5 will still be the best racing game released this year. Yeah, I am hoping for this year.

They are pushing the PS3 to the limit at THEIR current code. Later, when they have leaned out their code, they will push the PS3 even further. The code is just not fine tuned and so it is expected that devs will say this type of thing.

I have already decided to pass on this game. It's a shame that Halo started out so good but decided to simply live on the name it created rather than truly bringing more awesome plot points to the story. It just go so boring after number 2.
PC games do not run off the disc, they install to the hard drive so there is no comparison to PC and console. Last I knew, the requirements for Crysis are 12 gig free on the HDD of your PC.
When you can swap out the HDD with any drive of your choice then you have a winner, PERIOD. Proprietary HDD's are overpriced and simply spell out how much greed exists in that particular business model. Heck, I have had a 250GB PS3 since the launch of the PS3. Say what to that?

This is what makes both Sony and their first party studios so great. They are not bothering to chase after the competition, they are chasing the stars. And in doing so, we the consumer reap the benefits of their hard labor.
