And all this after last years worst kept secret trophy with the PSP Go. All I can say is Twisted Metal is a day one purchase for me and kudos to Dave for keeping one of the best kept secrets for Sony ever. Only secret to rival it is the Portal secret and the apologies from Gabe. What an E3 this was!
Look at Soda. Can't take ownership for your beloved MS failing again. I so wanted to like this new console of theirs but the combination of failures like this and fanboys like you make owning the 360 a real chore.
Not me. Look at the amount of space it has for ventilation too. My PS3 slim is in a tighter confine and has never had an issue. Go figure MS...
In the end, Sony is all about hardware and for anybody to think for one secondthat ms could trump Sony with motion tech was simply fooling themselves. Sony understands that regardless of looks and let's admit the move does look like a dildo, regardless, it is the 1:1 motion that will make us all love what Sony is bri ging to the table. Kinect will be good for navigating the 360 dash but can only be imagined as laggy for anything else.
Move might be the more expensive of them all but it is the only one that will give you true 1:1 motion control. You get what you pay for in this case.
In the end, the move controller will get me back into playing tiger once again. Let's not forget that the online portion of the ps3 will be much better than the wii version so at that point the move tops the wii-mote and the online is icing on the cake. IMHO
Exactly. Anybody that is upset about the price point for the move setup is simply out of their mind. Compared to the wii it is at max, 30 bucks more but you get three things the wii nor kinect can offer, true 1:1 ratio motion control, HD games that apeal to the hard core gamer, and a greater level of versatility. At least the wii and move offer vibration.
That gt5 will have been worth the wait and that all the other crap racing titles that have come between gt4 and gt5 combined would not come close to touching the greatness that is gt.
Anybody that actually believed there would be hard core games for "natal" was simply fooling themselves into thinking the Koop aid was actually tasty...
The primary purpose of the psn is still free adding value to every game purchased for the ps3 so any of this extra content is just that, extra. Heck, at least Sony is not greedy enough to charge for gaming online.
Can we still play online for free with the psn? Yes? That is all I need so I am still the happy camper I was last week and the week before that.
Old tech = smaller componants
this is no new news to us. As for the look of the new xbox 360s, it looks like it was dropped from the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down.
The article lost me at the Dave jaffe part. Sorry but seeing the twisted metal made the hairs on my neck stand up. It is a ps defigning franchise and if you don't think it was a megaton then you should not be in gaming journalism.
Gabe being up front durring the Sony confrence was a megaton bomb worth remembering. With as adament as he was about hating the ps3, seeing him apologize and then offer one of their most anticipated titles this year on the ps3 just shows the staying power of the ps brand.
It's a hack-n-slash spin off of the mgs franchise, why would any fan of mgs be upset about multiplatform?
Skrew battlefield, MOH is looking tits! If medal of honor is as good as it looks in terms of gameplay then mw2 is the last cod I buy.
But I have to give him props. He stood in front of the Sony confrence and admitted his mistakes and then went on to compliment the ps3 and give us the oportunity to enjoy one of their greatest games. Now all I have to ask is, where the he'll is episode 3!!!
"Bulletstorm screens scare the dick off us"
so what they are really saying is they saw shots of this game years ago?
Answer: Just show up.
Sums it up for me. KZ2 was truly a spectacle and I would expect nothing shy of near-perfection for KZ3.
