This game looks phenomenal so far.
Hmm.
Oh, it's very bizarre. I'm somehow still not used to it. Also, it's a 7, which is still the upper bounds. This isn't a 4 or a 2 or something else that reeks of flagrant clickbait.
I keep forgetting about the all-important Metacritic score. It's not just that the reviewer gave it a '7' - it's that they gave it a 7 AND that 7 could drop the meta score into the 80's which is OMG territory for some reason.
That's fine. I just hope Naughty Dog isn't staying dormant.
Right.
When it was Starfield it was "just a guy's opinion" but in the case of this game not so much.
It'll be my one-hundred and fifth platinum trophy.
Mine was the Atari 7800.

I agree completely.
So their morale was as low as their morality when they knowingly released a broken and unfinished mess of a game. That's nice, I guess. Never mind the last gen versions that were never feasible to begin with.
Starfield has some to spare, but what Spider-Man 2 really needs is Sarah Morgan. Peter and Miles need her moral perspective as they're handling street crimes or smashing a base.
I like Series X too; just a compact little tower. I also like the PS5's design. I prefer them both to be standing and find the horizontal placement slightly awkward on both. Not a fan of OG PS5's clip-on stand for horizontal placement at all.
Nobody said they weren't hypocrites.
Good.
Literally nobody on the planet has said that "only" Spider-Man has this issue. Actually, most third party AAA games receive these complaints as well as some first party.
Very high praise indeed. Demon's Souls is still my favorite PS5 exclusive.
Insomniac execution is flawless and they keep pushing the PS5. After this releases all else will be on hold.
It's the "familiar" bit. It gets a great score for the execution but the series is beginning to get into familiar and largely-the-same-as-the-previo us-game territory.
This is where I think developers need to be careful. You certainly don't want a Gears/Halo/pick any Ubisoft third-party game situation where the devs just crank out more of certain games because they sell.
When you've highlighted the game app, hit and hold R1 + L1 followed R3 + L3. Do this for five seconds. If done correctly you'll hear Michael Jackson exclaim "a-hee-hee" and the timer will disappear allowing you to unlock and play the game.
I'm ready to swing, zip, and flying squirrel everywhere.
Unfortunately, I don't see Bethesda changing anytime soon. Especially considering there's a certain subset of the gaming community that finds Bethesda's janky style to be charming and endearing. The bugs, glitches, and even dead-eyed NPCs are what make a Bethesda game a Bethesda game, they say. With this positive attitude toward frankly lackadaisical game development, it really is no wonder Bethesda feel comfortable releasing largely unevolved content. The excuse 'It's a B...
