It's just Sony and Nintendo will always do better in Japan; face it. These companies are both Japanese companies, so of course Japan will support them more. Here in America, we seem to be supporting the American company...see anything?
Also, with your ipod/iphone comments, there is really nothing else up to par with them right now. That's why they sell no matter where you are. You can't beat quality.

Why wouldn't Japanese games goto the Japanese console? It's kind of why I went PS3 over 360...
Though I know there are tons of great games on the Xbox 360, why is it when I ask people in person why they are looking at buying or why they did buy their xbox360 all they have to say is Halo 3. And if you ask them what other games they are looking forward they have nothing to say? Come on guys Xbox360 has tons of great games! Open your eyes, and play them.
But what I was talking about was that magical feeling you get when you see these worlds for the first time. You'll never get that back in a sequel.
Ya if only they can capture you all over again just like the first one. This RARELY happens, look at movies with sequels. They almost always suck, or are just not good enough to live up to the first one.
Ut3 is coming out this november, and directly competes with Halo 3's online aspect. Isn't this the first time Unreal has been on a console? And besides UT has been around far longer than Halo, and has a huge fan base, well so does Halo, but you know.
Exactly! Sony sells best in all those other countries except here in America. Also, I would like to point out how Europe's economy is doing better than our's right now, and how we are having problems with education in America. :) Think about it.

I can't keep buying a new PS3 game evry 3 days. This way it gives me a little break.
All my roomates, and a couple neighbors are constantly on my ps3 playing this game. Two of them wanted a 360 for halo 3, but now are thinking they will go ps3 for warhawk. And one of them has never played video games before; he's now addicted.
Why would Halo 3 sell more PS3's? Don't you think since the PS3 is more expensive than the X360 we had the chance to buy the X360 instead knowing we wouldn't get to play Halo 3?
Didn't they announce that they will have plenty of downloadable content coming? Or was that something else?

Ya, I kinda see where you're going with that, but I think a major reason why H2's longevity lasted so long was because it had no competition on the Xbox console.
Why is everyone so worried that this makes Halo 3 look like crap? If it's truely a great game, and if beta blew you away why worry what the others who haven't seen it or played it think about it?
I mean when the game sells better than the developers planned it to isn't this good? Now, obviously this isn't good for the people wanting to play the game without any game joining issues, but as long as they get more servers soon then this should be only a minor issue and soon we'll all be able to play without any issues. I'm still pissed I didn't pre-order it; since all the stores around me are sold out...
Warhawk and Heavenly Sword aren't even the games we're waiting for. Most of the people I know are looking forward to Uncharted, Ratchet and Clank, UT3, MGS4, FFXIII, White Knight Story, Gran Turismo 5, Killzone 2, and Eight Days. <-- Diversity. So what are MS fans looking forward to? Halo 3, and.....? You don't have to play Gears for much longer don't worry Halo 3 will be released in days.
