I don't know it seems to only appeal to a small audience kind of like Online RPGs. Sci-Fi MMOs don't have near the population as most of the fantasy based ones do. Don't get me wrong I'm a PS3 fan to the fullest, but this seems like a great game.
I honestly don't know which is more powerful, but I do know what games I enjoy. The 360 simply doesn't have the franchises I look forward to. And to the guy who talked about the xbox being more powerful than the PS2 and it lost, which we know your telling us you think the PS3 will lose because it's more powerful, but the reason the xbox didn't win because it didn't have an proven franchises and the Playstation family did and still does today.
Some might see this as hurting PS3 sales or atleast prolonging them, but I think it's a way to slow down Wii sales.
The number 350 isn't as attractive as 399. It's odd but it's more appealing to see the 99 than the 50 at the end.
350 - Oh man that's $300s plus another $50!? Expensive!
399 - Oh sweet that's less than $400!

Why would MS drop the price of the 360 when it had no competition? That'd be a terrible marketing scheme. And if you think hard enough the PS3 will become slimmer and lighter like all technology. They will charge the same price as they did before, but for this *new* PS3 Slim. Also if they decide to sell different colors they will be able to charge a certian price for a longer time just because people see it as *New*.
WiFi is also used to support the PSP which helps PSP sales as well. Believe me they have this all figured out. I actually bought a PSP Slim just because it can be used with the PS3 as a pretty good MP3 player and the games are fairly interesting especially the Final Fantasy ones.
Sadly this is how technology always is.

I don't know; it's kind of sad though isn't it? And with the 3 MULTI-core processors I'm pretty sure its just 3 cores. (Not 8 btw)

I thought the demo itself deserved an 8 with great sixaxis controls to boot. Hopefully the game didn't do worse than the demo.
