If implemented correctly, this could actually be really cool.....
Imagine playing a tense horror/survival game with Kinect 2.0 or PS4 PS Eye adjusting the A.I. on the fly when it senses you are panicking with fear, or are excited driving at breakneck speeds in a racing game?

It's hardly integral to the PS4, you don't have to buy a Vita. It's just another cool feature, and could help Vita sales improve.

Even MS were split in 2 by a commission in the late 90's or early 2K, happens all the time.

I don't think so....publishers love that cash, and it's supposedly cheaper and faster to develop on next gen hardware due to the very close PC architecture.
..But I expect MMO's and Free2play services to extend those types of games.

I know for sure, if PS4 users wish to watch tv/video or music/web..they will be able to.
Xbox fanatics seem to forget, Sony already tried this all-in-one route with PS3, and they got slammed by the media and by Xbox spams for not pushing the games aspect.

Online passes have only been scrapped on Xbox systems...PS4 will retain online pass fee's to play used games online.
YES Xbox will get some exclusive full games as part of this shady deal, but the fee's will help funding overall multi plat development.

PS4 to cost up to £399 and Xbox One up to £449. MS will obviously charge Xbox Live fee's, so even more money in the long run. I have not yet heard/read PS4 will charge for basic online play.

Killzone has a brilliant skyline and cityscape, MS will probably try and match that with Mirrors Edge 2.
Forza 5 will go up against Driveclub, and much like this gen, Xbox will get preference on COD. PS4 will be preferred for BF4.
MS will have shown their hand before Sony, so it's all Sony's to lose at E3.

PS platforms have recently gained traction slower than Xbox, but has longer legs. Kinda like the 100 metres sprint compared to long distance running.
