First they're overpowered, now underpowered?
haven't played MW3, but based on my MW2 experience, I'm betting the shotguns are perfect now.
Dear fucking lord.
And my jaw dropped back in 2009 when MW2 did 4.7m in 24 hours.
My jaw has now fallen off. I didn't even think 9m+ was possible in just 1 day.
Black Ops 2. These modern settings are more popular than the WW2-themed titles ever were.
"Introducing Assignments:
WIth Back to Karkand will come a new feature called “Assignments”. These will essentially be objective based tasks you can accept and will gain rewards from it."
YES. I loved being a squad leader in BF2, getting a new task from the Commander, having the choice to accept or decline, and then when I accept one, I tell my squad members "Alright here's the plan." Then we move out, maybe fail a few times, and finally execut...
ugh, how the hell did this get approved.
no one gives a shit about HonestGamers
i'm sorry, but what makes any of you think this is real?
Maybe I missed something, but until I see official word from SCE, this is all a load of bullshit.
shame on the people who approved this story
I don't hate them, but I do find their quality of writing in reviews to be unacceptable for my purposes.
Their style (especially in recent years) is very colloquial, brief, and down-to-earth. This lends to their popularity, because it makes their content more accessible.
I admit I still go to IGN for reviews, just to check the numerical value and their score tables. This is their other usefulness: they seem to be the great mediator. You'll get reviews...
hype engaged.
That review read like a solid 7 or maybe an 8, if stretched. Hmm.
Check out the midnight launch party in San Francisco! EA was in attendance and signed our copies.

yeah man, how DARE they try to keep their own release date!
They gave BF2 (PC) an 8.9, six years ago.
This is good enough for me.
Crysis 2 was well-examined, too.
They didn't mention the Back to Karkand weapons.
This article is so old, it is from February. How did this get approved?
There absolutely must be more than 4 jets in the game. This is incorrect information. BF2 had 5 jets between the USMC and MEC.
Where is the F-35? Or the F-15? Or the MiG-29? These are ESSENTIALS.
Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time is going to bomb because it's not made by Sucker Punch. I've seen gameplay, and it's just a rehash for the fans who are dying for more Sly.
Also, you forgot Final Fantasy Versus XIII and Ni no Kuni. Unlike Sly 4, those two are guaranteed quality titles.
This is where I pre-ordered. I paid the same thing for BF2 back in 2005, and the $60 pricepoint is blasphemy for mainstream PC games anyway.
"OXCGN"
"Uncharted 3"
lol.
