Ugh, please no achievements. I can't stand them and the mentality they bring.
I say this every time, but gamerscore and trophy level is not a reflection of player skill, many of them can be done easily, even on hard, or done by following guides.
If you absolutely insist on achievements/trophies, don't give us more ways to get it, give us actual reason to achieve them... Unlocking additional features, backgrounds... Gamer rewards to encourage people to buy on y...
If you don't have your own life size Cerny doll that you snuggle to sleep and keep a log of his every waking move that belongs on your Cerny altar made out of 50 copies of Knack, then you are not normal.
You know, the story probably is true. Though it's Foxconn, not Sony.

Child Labour was involved with the WiiU, though Nintendo had to investigate it.
Companies pay Foxconn to manufacture, they don't own it, they're not in charge of it.
And such is the way of the world. Those cheap products you buy are cheap for ...
Playing this right now, it feels amazing.
It's sort of like... Dynasty Warriors mixed with Soul Sacrifice mixed with Megaman...
Well worth the £10, I'll keep this for next weekend when I'm travelling.
Because your actions in TWD mean nothing.
You kill people, you save people, you do something, you get the exact same plot, the exact same ending, the exact same circumstances... The only thing you get different is one or two lines of dialogue.
Heavy Rain, on the other hand... Characters can die. And that can and will influence the story.
Your actions don't change a few words, they change everything.
In terms of player freedom, TWD is horri...
Why do those 3DS numbers remain that big? You'd think that everyone and their grandmother's cat has one by now.
I use a custom built computer with no webcam, dual booting Linux Rosa and Linux Mint. Any games I want to use are run through Wine or similar programs.
I made it official last month, I do not want to deal with Windows again, and will probably get rid of it if I go on my laptop.
Microsoft also set to renew their stock after selling out in Japan.
Major Nelson commented on the matter "It's great to see the Japanese market take interest in the experience we have to offer for them. We are committed to improve the experience overall for the market".
At the time of writing, Microsoft are preparing to ship their second Xbox One to Japan and are confident that it will sell out in 3-6 months.
I'm still waiting for Jessica Alba naked on my bed, doesn't mean it's going to happen.
...Yet, anyway.
This just in: EA announces that the GameCube version of their game is superior to the PS1 version.
Thanks, Tom. Join us later for the news at 8.
Oh man, reading some of those guns... It sounds like they took the wackiness of some of the guns in ratchet and clank and added steampunk realism with 3rd person shooter mechanics.
I'll take 10 copies.
IGN gave Gone Home a 9.5/10.
Gone Home doesn't have any gameplay, all you do is walk around a house and pick up stuff. There are no puzzles, monsters, anything... You can complete it within an hour on your first go and speedrun it within 1 minute on your second go. The plot is painfully non-existent and what little bits you do see, it's horribly generic.. 9.5/10.
This is something different. Tries to break the mould, just like Heavy Rain tried to do... It'...
Gameplay originally looked awful, but people have been saying it improves each expo they try it out in... Even I'm becoming curious myself.
I'll wait for the reviews and grab it if it sounds alright.
The problem is, that before those restrictions were removed, the Xbox was looking like a pretty decent option.
There was the ability to instantly switch between your collection, disc or not.
Having your entire library tied to your account, meaning you could log on to any Xbox and play your library however you wanted. As well as family sharing, which they discussed jack all about, but was good as a concept. These things needed verification to make sure you didn't have ten+ ...
"Questionable design choices"?
Please don't say you're the 500,000th reviewer to give it mediocre ratings for two oversexualised characters.
As it stands, Dragons Crown is an excellent game and deserves no less than 8. I also wholeheartedly support the no online until you complete the basic route, as it forces people to actually learn how to use their characters before diving in, ensuring better quality pub matches overall with no newbies ruining eve...
Saints Row did it too, I believe.
The worst part is companies can get away with removing content for DLC because all the idiots keep funding them.
Everyone should really boycott EA this entire gen for allowing this, as well as raising prices of games next gen... No buying anything from them until they sort stuff out.
I wouldn't say Neogaf is a Sony only website, they're constantly talking about WiiU, 3DS and 360... Most people there seem to know their stuff, though there are a few elitists that act like complete twats.
@adorie
To be honest, getting banned as a junior means nothing... Neogaf has the worst moderation I have ever seen, and that includes 4chan pre-snacks era.
I personally got banned for saying in a thread regarding the trans journalist getting...
Do we really need another Pokemon/Zelda/Halo/Uncharted again?
Considering this one is said to be longer than the previous two, and it's only £16, there shouldn't be much complaint.
If the guy wants to cry over it, show him Mario games there are.
Guerilla Cambridge did a fantastic job on KZM. Main Guerilla team should focus on Killzone, but give Cambridge Resistance.
Of course they will focus on the Vita.
I don't know if you saw the Japan announcement and TGS videos, but there was an advert that outlined their intention in the market... They want to create an ecosystem similar to Apple with the PC/mobile market.
There was a video where people were playing on the PS4... They shared their activity on Deep Down, a friend saw it on his mobile browsing the PS app and pushed it to the PS4, where he instantly joined the game. Then people were...
