Yup single player games are dead lol. God of war deserves it.
If there is one developer that has broken those boundaries and has found a way for people to accept micro transactions it's Rockstar. The latest GTA game was always based off single player but Rockstar has found a way to make extra cash on delivering a solid online multiplayer and they are bringing in tons of cash from it. I don't like how they have pay to win stuff in there but they have such a huge fanbase, they can get away with it.

It's crazy but watching a couple users play this on YouTube to see if they had the same reaction as me, i was surprised. Because I'm not into these type of games but man it was actually pretty cool. Sometimes u need a break from all these other type of games and just want something simple but the different scenarios is what made me like the demo. All the users on YouTube are excited for this game too. I guess u can't judge a book by it's cover unless you try it out yourself.

Well it makes sense for Nintendo since technically their handhelds make them alot of money but i just hope that's not their main focus. I just hope this isn't where console gaming heads towards because i hate gaming on my phone and small devices.

Yeah glad to see god of war holding on in Japan especially against labo but Sony and Nintendo both seem to be doing well.
U can technically call the xbox1x a next gen console as well just by the specs. Even if Sony does drop a ps5 next year or 2020 i don't expect Microsoft to drop an even better version of the xbox1x until sales for xbox1x start slowing really bad.
I honestly don't think it's Phil Spencer's fault. Don't be surprised if that game drops before the holidays. Shuhei Yoshida said he played a demo of it before psx, the games been in development for like 3 years now. If it doesn't drop then look for early next year but then again good thing about Sony is they give their studios time.

RE4 was the last good RE game, they all gone down hill from there. The original creator left after RE4 and made Evil Within.

Well they have start somewhere and this is good news for all gamers if it's true. To keep Sony and Nintendo to keep dishing out great exclusives competition is good. The real question is will Microsoft deliver because of the cancellation of a few Japanese titles they still have to deliver and prove themselves. E3 is right around the corner so we'll wait and see.
Sony as of March 31 said they were at 79 million sold, with the release of god of war, they are probably nearing 80 million with Detroit about to release and with red dead redemption 2, Spiderman and other big third party support which switch won't be getting, it's only going to widen the gap sales. I don't even think red dead redemption 2 will be on the switch if I'm not mistaken which is a huge hitter.
Who wanna bet they will reveal this at Microsoft press conference and may have like early dlc coming to Xbox before PS4? It only make sense for Microsoft to do some kind of exclusive deal especially after they hired former developer from the team behind tomb raider.
I say early dlc since the game is launching on all platforms.
Yup 3 weeks in a row in the UK at number 1. I think the most amazing thing is seeing people on YouTube say how God of war has saved them from how dull most games are out there with all these same oh rehashed stuff u see on a yearly basis. Once in a while you'll see a game come along and just blow u away in every aspect of the game. It's simply amazing.
