They may suck but they sell like crazy, just the same way I feel of cod games. Sea of theives, state of decay, crackdown 3. I didn't mean they are battle royal games but they are all multiplayer games and not triple a kind of games. These 3 games are all from Microsoft studios.
These are the type of games Microsoft rather create for their fanbase because it's not only fun but cost is cheap to create and doesn't take much time to make compared to triple a games. Also nowadays these type of games bring in alot of money. Their plans may change from all the backlash from alot of their fanbase but e3 is right around the corner.
Scummy is Microsoft showing fake Milo gameplay to sell Kinect. Scummy is Sony Ken kuturagi telling Playstation fans they would buy a PlayStation 3 even if they had to work 2 jobs. Scummy is Nintendo leaving their exclusive prices of their games at almost full price when the games been out already for a long period of time. Every corporation effs up at times. Yeah it doesn't make any sense. Only thing I can think of is they are probably just trying to get a hold of a solid number of exclusives ready for the launch of their new system to have a strong and fresh start at launch of their next console and try an get a good start especially in Japan where they are always last place. It kinda makes sense with all the talk and direction Phil Spencer is pointing in. That's the only thing I can think of.
They tried to deliver with Ryse, Sunset overdrive, Recore, Quantum Break etc etc but it's hard to say if these are the type of games their fanbase are into only going by sales numbers of these games but other than that I totally agree with you. These things take time to create but hey better late then never.

I honestly think all 3 will have a good showing. I'm excited to see all 3 shows.
I think that state of decay has a pretty good following, though it doesn't seem like a super huge leap from the last one but Co op is a huge part that Xbox gamers enjoy. I also think the price tag is very welcoming.

Damn good stuff, yeah I love when I find stuff on my own, it makes the exploration and journey feel more satisfying.
For GTA and I'm sure RDR2 I'm sure there are 500 to 600 employees on these games. Rockstar usually has double the workers on their games because their games are made up of huge map sizes. Plus with all the details put into these games it's simply astonishing.

That's exactly how i felt, the god of war world is so immersive that i can't help but stop and just look around at how beautiful the scenery is and just be in aw of how much work they put into the atmosphere.
I'm also just exploring every little corner and spot i can find just to make sure i find every little thing in the game.
