For people discussing whether the shots are possible, I personally think it IS possible providing that it is a still shot. This is like getting better graphics during in engine cut scenes as the machine devote all the power to render the graphics.

Question, I wonder how many servers they need for each region? How do they figure out the right amount without the actual traffic? I suspect they would need some kind of traffic generator/simulator for the testing to make sure that the network and server performance holds.
