Runs everything at ultra 50-60 fps thrown at it, except Assassins Creed Unity, because, you know why.
Far Cry 4 goes 55-80fps.

No it did not fix stuttering.
That's the only thing that's stopping me from playing.
Running along fine, then the game pauses for a split second, unfreezes, then my camera is facing a totally different direction due to the mouse movement being recorded during the pause, then I just auto jump off a building and die.
I have tried every setting combination. Nada.
