it's not nintendo's fault that sony is so idea-free that they have to steal everything nintendo comes up with.
sony made a slightly better version of an existing product. the problem is, by the time sony got around to doing it, nintendo was already realizing ppl were burned out on motion gaming and went back to a lot of standard controller stuff.
sony just has no unique ideas. they saw what they thought was a good market, and they dove in. but the ...
His comment had absolutely nothing to do with common sense. Do you even know what it is? I agree with him. Nintendo 3DS has yet to show any reason for ownership. The best game on the system is Zelda, and that's a port of an N64 game.
@ Rrobba: Almost every game you mentioned isn't even out yet. Anyway, i'm with Common Sense. I wouldn't spend a dime on a system with no quality games and where the only games I have to look forward to are still MORE sequel...
your reasoning for doing it (which is obvious and not at all clever) doesn't make it any less stupid.
and why would you feel bad for the early adopters? that's the risk you take when you're desperate to brag to your idiot friends about your new hardware. i don't feel bad for em, i just hope they learned a lesson (which i'm betting they didn't).
none of you mentioned the real problem. so much speculation about prices and pirates...it's silly.
the reason is because they went for the gimmick that is 3d instead of upping the graphics. and while 3d is an okay addon to ps3 (cuz you didn't have to buy a new system to get it), it's not something people are going to go out of their way for just to play game remakes.
did you have to submit something somewhere to get invited? so many betas recently, this one completely slipped past my radar. i'd like to play it though. info (or a code) would be nice. :)
there is a very clear gap between the casuals and the "masters" in wow... and i can't tell you how i'm shocked monthly (for a very long time now) at how bad most ppl who think they are good are. people like you that say "wow isn't hard to master" are just casual players. "well trained noobs" at best.
i do think rage is probably going to be a lot like fallout. however, fallout focused more on the RPG elements. rage focuses on the quality gun-play and the AI. i haven't played rage yet, but if it delivers on what it's advertising, it's going to be a really good game...regardless of what games it is similar.
his avatar is of a helghast, it wasn't a random rip.
and his opinion doesn't differ from my own, at least not when it comes to this starwars game. although, looking through his older comments, he is most definitely a sony troll that just likes to bash the 360.
