Those go on a different console (;
Calling this game a “disaster” is no longer an “opinion” from an objective standpoint. Couple that with author’s incentive to get clicks, and it becomes even less so a legitimate “opinion”. In other words, no all opinions are equally valid. I might have an opinion that the earth is flat. Doesn’t mean I’m not deluded.
Imagine you are writing such a clickbait that you feel the need to add a disclaimer to protect your site from the reputation it will garner.
I noticed that tease, I was surprised we didn’t hear more speculation about it. It got swept up in the PS5 news storm. Personally I like a more color vibrant interface but it looks like it might be more toned down.
Aaaah can these days go by any slower??
I love it but I really like the disc one more. I know symmetry is usually a good thing but th3 curves on the thing reminds me of a sports car.
Stadia is also missing 4 generations of gaming history.
Kena does look great btw. It might be a launch title I’ll be picking up w my console.
Project Athia was really interesting. I want to know more about that one.
@Obscure
Honestly I almost stop reading your comments, your too caught up in the console war.
But to indulge you, I personally do believe series x will be held back, but that will only be evident in the highest level games of the generation. Not launch titles.
I’m 100% sure Series X will have a great show coming next month. I hope they reveal a VR headset as well. That would be big.
I think they both look great. Series’ design is beautiful in a different way and that is fine. The only problem I have is usually I set my consoles next to each other and they are so deliciously different. Lol
PlayStation has garnered this type of attention share through years/generations of delivering games non-stop. This isn’t some fluke or internet trend, it’s grass roots.
@timotim
The problem is halo is a bit stale now. It’s no longer even the best in its own genre. God of War for whatever reason, is like a brand new franchise in almost every sense. Halo did that as well in a way with those RTS halos, but the franchise doesn’t look like it will really recover in the way that God of War did. It just doesn’t lend itself to a complete redo like Sony Santa Monica was able to do with God of War. I’m sure halo will be enjoyable, and look great and all. But ...
Looks like there are so many articles about PS5 that you come across an article where the haters gather to circle jerk. Which is fine. They need it right about now.
Realistically though, I can’t remember a time when so many big titles or just impressive looking new ips were introduced at a launch reveal before. Ever. My take is, if the games look like this now, what amazing games will we be seeing down the line?
I just want to thank Sony, PlayStation, and Naughty Dog for existing
What are we talking about as far as difficulty? Say, compared to Bloodborne
I’m almost certain it’s coming. Also they did mention at the very end that there is “much more” to come. I don’t really bother much with what’s available at launch though as I know PlayStation delivers.
There was the Square Enix one “Athia”? That looked ridiculously good. There were a bunch more too but they showed so many games so fast that it was hard to keep track.
Looks really good.
