😒😒
Any game with online support, obviously... that’s the topic.
Not art books. I prefer the game digital though.
I preordered it. I was bummed I couldn’t get the physical art book edition in the UK but it was a mini book anyways I think. This works out in the end, 70 bucks for digital deluxe and 40 for the full size book.
No that was sarcasm lol. That’s not the future, that’s been going on for years.
What do you think is going to happen? They are just going to give you all of that content since loot boxes are banned? Nah lol. Do you think they will just sell it to you on the store? More plausible but doubtful. It’s more likely that Germany just won’t get anything other than the base game. Would that be a win for you?
Germany is banning something video game related?! Wow the world is going to change now! What’s next, Australia banning game related things?! What a time to be alive.
Maybe because you aren’t articulate enough to explain. How about telling me what you mean instead of getting mad at my wrong examples of your 3 word responses. Or how about you just stop responding to me so I don’t have to fill in your blanks, you obviously don’t know what you’re talking about.
lmao! Ok, a lot bitter apparently. I’m not the one getting triggered by advertising... “stay out mah club, get off my internets!” Real gamers only dood!
That’s not a problem lol. If nobody is playing it then it gets shut down, that’s any kind of game.
The only real problem I see with games as a service is that more developers will get stuck making content for the same game instead of working on new games. Longevity is good but the consoles don’t work like PC. People don’t play the same game for 10 years. You’re lucky if console players play your game for 6 months.
I prefer games like Prey, no dlc and no ...
You mean they play games to advertise a new show or whatever? What’s wrong with advertising? I don’t get it Lol.
Are you saying they aren’t genuinely fans of gaming so they should keep out? Yeah, I don’t agree with that at all. Seems a bit bitter to me.
Like charity work? Why would you be mad about that?
They can do whatever they want. I know I wouldn’t put them in my game as an actor. I would save a massive amount of money by hiring up-and-comers and lesser knowns.
I had to reread what I said because I never called soul calibur a capcom franchise but it does kind of look like that my mistake. I was talking about the street fighter games but my point still stands. These games are owned by capcom and Namco respectively. They are not split properties is my point and can change however they want.
The legacy isn’t that big, sure it’s beloved by a fan base but a 1000 people at evo doesn’t make up for the sale loss and legal troubles. The sa...
They could have used the characters. They chose not to use the characters because they didn’t want to promote fox movies. Cutting franchise staples was stupid and yes it was marvels fault. Now that Disney (Marvel) has the rights back maybe they can stop being ignorant but is it too late? Can “character staple DLC” push more sales at this point? Probably not.
Those are capcom owned franchises though. It’s different when you are dealing with shared properties. MvC3 went through legal hell and that’s why most of us thought there never would have been a MvC4, that’s what makes this mediocre cash in so much more disappointing.
My point is it’s a lot easier to retire a franchise when the property is split between two holders. It becomes “is it worth dealing with the legal trouble for a franchise that sells below average”. Opposed to ...
If it’s doomed then it’s their own fault. They completely dropped the ball on the art style and roster. I hope DBFZ can inspire more comic or manga inspired visuals in games.
Edit: sorry wrong reply box
But he didn’t say the sky was brown...He just said he didn’t like playing passive games. What is coked out about that lol?
The only reason it probably came up was because his game looks like a passive cinematic game. I guess he was distancing himself and his game from that while sharing his preference. “Hey my game isn’t like that, there is more control” etc. I don’t see anything unreasonable about what he said.
Yes lol. Why wouldn’t you take him seriously? It’s not an outlandish statement, he was just sharing his opinion on a genre and I don’t see why he would be joking lol.
I agree. Passive is a good way to put it. That’s not why I play games personally.
It’s not EA’s last chance but it probably is bioware’s last chance. If anthem fails they’re gone.
Games media doesn’t understand much. You can tell the vast majority of them like the smell of their own farts.
