The guy who stated it only had 408GB already had 3 full games installed on it that totalled around 85GB total...
Edit: Upon further review I was wrong haha. The amount of space taken up by formatting the drive, and the OS really is around 92GB. If you look closely at the pictures it says the drive's total is 408GB, and that there are only 324 left (after install of the games).
"Xbox is making money for them"...isn't it also losing a lot of money for them? Investors don't give a shit if your product is bringing in a billion dollars a year if you are losing twice that much supporting it.
For me it comes down to controls/camera, they just seem so janky after a generation has passed and totally kill gameplay for me. Graphics I can't get past, but those issues I just can't.

I'd like to know if in the ToS it specifically states he could not connect to live before the consoles actual release date (if you really can provide this info I'd appreciate it). Otherwise he is not under an NDA as he never signed up for it. Then it just falls into the category of what Zealous said and they are just going to lay down the banhammer because they feel like it.

Here is the difference in the Francis situation and the Xbone situation.

I did the "activate game" part then I just shut down my Vita, turned it back on and when I tried to connect again it asked me to accept the new ToS...so everything seems fine now.

Just to clarify one point, you actually don't need a PS+ subscription for F2P games on the PS4, they are not going to be hidden behind a pay wall what so ever.

You can deny the numbers all you want, the fact is the 360 was far more unstable and had far more failures than the PS3 ever did. The fact also stands that the Xbone is less powerful than the PS4.
If you want to get an Xbone because you enjoy it's exclusive games, or you want a box that has a larger focus on other media, great! Go for it, idc, that's your choice.
What I stated is still the truth, and the numbers back it up.
I might pick one up eventually (for streaming purposes) but other than that I see no point in getting one.
It would just be adding a stream of himself into the video feed, you can stream just gameplay without the camera if you wish.
I think the problem is that Sony makes arguably some of the best hardware around, yet can't seem to figure out a way to sell it to people. And then you have Microsoft who create shoddy (RROD) lesser (Xbone) hardware and manage to convince people it's the second coming.
If they could just combine forces...
