You wouldn't drop the money on a PS4/XB1 for the sole intent of playing them on 5" screens.
Having the ability to play the console from anywhere (at least in your house) when the TV your console is connected to is occupied, in a different room you want to be in, etc... THAT's when Remote Play on a 5" screen comes into it's own.

...bad article is bad
As with everything else the Xbox One has been doing...One step forward, two steps back :/
Seriously, I was actually glad to see them announce the update available on their site. It was a good move for those who don't have fast internet. I ask again, who the hell is steering this ship?
This is what Xbox One is about*
Fixed it for you, the PS4 is shooting for 1080p/60FPS in all it's games. There is only 1 game I can think of that is 900p, the rest are native 1080p. The framerates are a grab bag right now but optimization will bring that up relatively quickly.
Didn't use the PS4's built in game streaming options, used 3rd party hardware to stream.
Doesn't work...even says so in the article. Also found out from first hand experience.
Where is the video of the PS4 coming out of a Standby "Quick" startup?
Voice commands are just one of those things that, in theory sound awesome, but in practice are just far less practical than using normal hands on interfaces.
(This goes for both consoles, smart TV's, etc...)
I've played and hate both games equally (they just aren't for me) but I must say Starcraft is easily the more challenging of the two, it's not even a contest.
Yeah, with there not being a ton of launch games, everyone is being stretched thin on viewers. Once more games come out and the streamers can diversify so will the viewers looking for a specific game.
I'm not exactly sure why, but I read this in "drunk" Malory Archer's voice.
You do realize that even years after the initial launch there is still a chance for the console to have issues on delivery right?
You are correct but the 0.4 was on the pre-launch consoles specifically. Everyone was waiting for launch to see if the number spiked at all I believe.
Has anyone played Super Motherload yet? It's not on the list and I haven't really heard much of anything about it. Just wondering if it is any good.
Yea because FRAPS isn't known to cause framerate hits -.-
As for Shadow, I've never even heard of it, so I can't say anything about it's performance.
I attribute all of this to the Xbone not having dedicated hardware built in for its capturing capabilities and now they are having a hard time trying to get it to work within the limits they set aside from the main hardware.
If they are a good streamer you watch them because they are entertaining, just like you would watch a show because it is entertaining.
To each their own...
There are two kinds of people that pay these kinds of prices. The first being people who have a ton of disposable income and just don't really care. And the other are parents who raised spoiled little shit kids that will throw a tantrum until they get it.
Normal people just wait till they are normally available :)
That power button sound is actually pretty awesome, I'd just keep pressing that till I got the box to send it back lol
