Pretty sure your thumb and a remote controller can also change the channels more accurately than the Kinect where you'd have to look like a tool yelling at your television a couple times just to get the right channel.
I thought last gen we all realized voice/motion controls were just gimmicks and were not very accurate.
Sony had the power brick inside of all their consoles and they have never had any kind of heat issues. If they can manage to shove it inside the console, and do so without jeopardizing the heat integrity, than why not?
When I finally got it to connect, and it finally found a game, it was fun but at the same time it seems like everyone is made of tissue paper and dies within 1 or 2 bullets.
Personally I like Shadow Fall more, but they two are very different in playstyle so it's a nice distraction every once and a while.
I don't doubt it (Scorpion is a monster and is my favorite character), but I'm talking about Story mode Shao Khan, and they force you to use Raidan -.- It's disgusting :(

OMG they actually released this game? I remember when they announced it I was thinking for sure it was going to get canned. Seriously anyone buying an Xbone go get Forza or DR3, this game is a joke.
Really? My controller seemed to last about 7 hours yesterday before it was on one bar (and that's when I decided to go to sleep).
I'd rather have a 7 hour battery life and all I need to do is plug it in to charge it, than have to replace AA batteries constantly.
I am having a blast with Warframe, once you get passed the tutorial mission it's addicting.

I bitch and moan for a reason. Let me know how that extra $100 for the Kinect really helps your games be on par with what Sony is offering this gen. Face it, while the original Xbox and even the 360 in it's prime were gamer focused machines and offered the best gaming experience. The Xbone is a jack of all trades (multimedia) master of none (including gaming) machine. Where as Sony this gen, LEARNED, from their mistakes last gen, and created a machine entirely focused on gaming.

This wouldn't be an issue if both consoles were running games in sub-HD resolution. The problem is that the console that is more expensive is running games at a worse resolution than the console that is cheaper. People aren't getting what they are paying for. THAT is the problem.
Nah the guy on Twitch last night tried 3 or 4 different cables, 2 tv's, and also tried plugging it into his laptop. Its a problem with the HDMI port it seems. Like I said earlier, problems are expected, just hoping they aren't too widespread.
The issue with the console "bricking" and the remedy for it is extremely hit or miss. This remedy came from a guy streaming on Twitch last night and it worked for a bit but then the console lost signal again and as far as I know he never got it back (stopped watching around 12:30EST). I think it might have just been a weird coincidence that the console started back up after he did the HDD reseating.
