For some, it's a matter of opinion.
Well, it appears that Nintendo is trying to divide their fanbase this time. They had first-party and 'kiddie' titles at launch (i.e. Super Mario Bros. U, LEGO City Undercover, etc.), but they also had enhanced editions of hardcore titles as well (i.e Tekken Tag Tournament 2: Wii U Edition, Assassin's Creed III, etc.). So while I agree with part of your statement, there is proof that Nintendo is (or is at least trying) to cater to both crowds this time.
Let's n...
While I plan on purchasing Xbox Next and Playstation 4 / Orbis (or whatever Sony may end up calling it at launch), even I realize that Nintendo has made strides in providing a better service to its gamers. I agree that Nintendo should have done this 6 years ago, but regardless of how long it took, the Wii U offers a 'true' functional online environment for gamers to interact and play games on.
And the Wii U hardware is no slouch. While Xbox Next and PS4/Orbis will m...
People need to remember that Nintendo's shortage of Wii U consoles was met with an influx of new stock shortly after launch. If Nintendo hadn't restocked the shelves as quickly as they did, the overall sales numbers for the system would have looked better.
At least here at my location, you could walk into any Target, Gamestop, Wal-Mart or Best Buy and purchase a Wii U Basic or Deluxe system for Christmas (and this was shortly after launch when the shelves were initia...
I'm speechless.
I believe comparisons speak for themselves:

This debate has been going on ever since Senator Joseph Lieberman started his crusade against violent video games. A disturbed individual can be manipulated by a violent movie or video game, but that doesn't make either 'bad'. Some people will take what they see (or play) seriously no matter what it is. And if that person happens to be a young child without parental supervision, it's not the industry's fault if that person reenacts a violent scene from a game or movie.
It's actually a very good game for the money.
Looking forward to this!
Both offer services worth paying for in my opinion.
There will be a successor to Playstation 3.
Gamers will never give up their console systems for this service.
Agreed! He is a legend.
Well, the original GBA was region free. I imported the Japanese system before the US launch and it played US games perfectly fine.
Will it live up to its hype? I'm sure it will. It's been a great series overall.
Nice review!
HiddenMission, you need to be objective with your opinions (especially if you want your game site to be taken seriously). And the last thing you want to do is insult your readers. You have to be ready to accept criticism even if you don't agree with it. Always remember that your readers are the lifeline of your site. Without their support you have absolutely nothing.
I'm looking forward to this.
I believe F2P is the future of MMORPGS. Everquest II and World of Warcraft both offer free-to-play options and they seem to be doing quite well. And since games like EQ II offer an in-game store option to purchase additional content (i.e. additional races, etc.) they (the companies/developers) always have a source of income.
I still believe people are betting against the Wii U too early. It would be one thing if the Wii U was over a year old with a grim software library, but the system was just released a couple months ago and there are games (good games) on the horizon. I think gamers need to sit back and wait; Nintendo may just surprise everyone once Xbox Next and PS4/Orbis launch.
