I think It looks great, I’m happy to wait there is plenty of other great games to play

Microsoft has said it’s the biggest and longest E3 ever. They aren’t just going to talk about games. New console announcement (more like a tease) and probably some big xcloud news too
This doesn’t win them E3, and neither does a remake they announced 4 years ago, that’s releasing in multiple episodes on all platforms
It’s expected that Microsoft will reveal their next gen hardware at E3
Personally none of those are better than my favourite Mario games. And I wouldn’t call Rayman Legends the best platformer of all time at all. But it’s your opinion to have, I just disagree

You realise critics are just people with their own opinion right? Like everyone else. You can enjoy a game and also be critical of it

So your point is that Stadia, like VR is not going to be a massive mainstream success the day it launches and that’s bad?
These 2 things are not remotely alike and thus should not really be compared to each other. One is peripheral one is a service. How do you demo Stadia? They offer a free trial period or something. Everyone has a phone or pc they can try it on. No one is expecting 20million people to sign up day one, but I really think you are completely underestimating this whole...
Why does this really matter? Dont we play games to have fun? Yeah graphics are great, but id rather play a really fun average looking game than a really pretty game that sucked. Look at some of the biggest selling games atm, minecraft... Wow... All those mobas and stuff like hearthstone. These games are massivly popular, but none of them have amazing graphics. I wish everyone would stop stressing over stupid things and just start enjoying games for what they are.
I think we'll here about media molecules new game and guerrillas new one 2 as both or european studios

The ip is going for 10 years, not this one game. The idea apparently is destiny this year, expansion next, destiny 2 the following year, then expansion the next and so on
Im played it for about 15-20 hours. Its a great game but players are already dropping off. I had nights where i had to wait upto 20 mins for a game. So i just gave up
If you read in other comments or articles about destiny, the 500mill is not for one game, its the initial investment for the entire franchise. They are talkiing a 10 year investment. So either expansions or sequals. They are playing a long game here.
@diehardmetallicafan who are you with and what city? 5mbps is pretty slow even for aus. Im in suburbs on the gold coast, with really old copper lines, i cant even get cable or NBN just adsl1 and i get a steady 8mbps major cities in aus that can get cable get 20-50mbps
There is still plenty of single player only games coming. Look at the witcher or the order? They both look amazing
Unfortunately game developers usually cant afford to make games exclusive. Games cost alot more these days and with all the competition and the used games market developers dont make as much money from them anymore

@darthv72 Sony are not attending E3 and have no show floor presence, so no death stranding, last of us 2 and ghosts will not be playable. Also I think it’s far more likely we see the next Xbox and Ps5 next year rather than 2021. There’s no way Sony are talking about the new console and demoing the dev kits to press if it’s still 2 years away. And I highly doubt Xbox will wait a year after Sony
