Personally I think the Kinect has been X1's ringer all along. If they actually got together and made a Must Have title, it would spur people to come back to the features that makes the X1 unique. Multiplats come and go, but the Kinect would be something that people Have to come to Microsoft for.
Very true. I played at my buddies house for a couple hours last night. I was very disappointed with the lack of players and the blandness of the worlds. The enemies didnt make sense, they had no backstory, just some random clusters of enemies hanging out for no rhyme or reason.
For how much my friend liked it, I came away disappointed.
I bought one thinking it would allow me to play X1 and Ps4 controllers wirelessly on my PC. Boy was I wrong. Everything is still proprietary, so you need to use this Titan as flow-through control. You still need the wireless dongle or bluetooth. Such a waste of money...
Nobody leaves out price in PC comparisons guy, who are you kidding? Thats the first thing fanboys cry "Oh well at least I didnt have to spend $1200". Whoopdee doo! If price is such a point of contention then stick with your console. Dont bitch because PC blows consoles away and then cry out that its because Pc costs more. If you pay more for a superior product, then you should get superior results. End of story. Quit bitching, keep gaming.
Whew! Glad my anticipation is validated. After all the let-downs lately, Im glad this one stayed true.
I'm really liking what I hear about the Pc version. Hopefully it's optimized to the fullest.
Very good point. Unless there is head-tracking of some type, it seems pointless. Maybe you can mime out the actions of turn signals or rolling the window down...
Ha ha! I didnt know the term Pc was trademarked. ;)
Wolfenstein may be a good alternative. If you want story and action, look no further. I play that sucker all the time.
Adventure Time is such a great cartoon! I highly recommend it. Its the type of cartoon where you cant tell if its made for kids or adults.
Unfortunately the last 2 Adventure Time games have been garbage. Too bad really. I may give this one a chance when the reviews roll in.
Are any of the consoles really setting the island on fire though? Its a tough market to crack in general. Well, from what I read anyways.
Ive been gaming but mostly on Pc. To be honest, I havent turned on my X1 since Titanfall...
My buddy really wants to play some Destiny and this Forza 2 looks too good to pass up.
I still love my consoles, Im just enamored with Pc lately.
Kung fu you say? Now I am very intrigued. I still dont see a massive difference in the Def Ed of Sleeping Dogs, so Im not sure if I should pony up the extra cash.
Is this game any good? Ive never played it and Im wondering if the Definitive Edition would be worth the extra cheddar.
Gotta follow the dollar, son. Activision still has a lot of licenses worth pursuing.
This would fit somewhere beneath shovelware. Has the terms garbageware or toiletware been coined yet?
Good stuff. I may have to dust off the ol X1 for this one.
I love the X1 controller. Never would have beat Shao Khan without it. I get that you're trolling, but I mean the controller of all things?
Well, my big screen is a projector, and I cant even play FF Vii on it because it looks so pixelated. Even on my 60" it is hard to bear. But on my 3DS/Shield, they are pure gaming glory. I am a big fan of portable gaming and thats where a lot of these older titles can find new life.
Judging from the high purchase/ low install rate for games like Half Life 2, I would say a majority of gamers dont like hard games. But of course there will always be the hardcores. I cut my teeth on Nes games for christ sake. Bring it on.
