I wish ubisoft and origins both give up and go with Steam.
Please be a lightsaber, Please be a lightsaber, Please be a lightsaber....
Wii was very popular at my house. Until I got a 360. After Mario Galaxy 2, there really wasnt much on there anymore for me. Xbox on the other hand, had the mature games I was looking for. I went back once or twice for Skyward Sword, but all in all, it was a passing fancy. In my opinion, Wii U will get a lot more use at my house than the Wii ever did.
Ugh, How the hell did this get approved with such a terrible title. The words are english, but the order seems all wrong. "borrows wisely from not FPS" We got Yoda writing articles now?
Excellent Idea! I have a hard time finding co-op games my gf and I can play on the same screen. Hopefully this helps sift through the billions of games on Steam.
Keep in mind that Alien Isolation, Uncharted, and MGS V are still a ways off. None of them may actually perform that great. The Wii U may give you some entertainment yet. But I whole-heartedly agree that the Nintendo keeps its fanbase in the dark. The Nintendo Directs are nice. But they could stand to build up some hype for their new releases.
I am actually excited for this game. It takes me back to the gamecube LOTR trilogy.
Steam has a trillion indie games. The numbers may be skewed just because of that. And plus the 3DS seems like an indie developer's dream. The simple and cute games that may not get attention on PC would be incredibly charming on a handheld console.
Gamers have a serious sense of entitlement. Its sad but true. For all the choices of platforms and the bazillions of games out there, Gamers just seem to want more for less.
Very true. Hollywood is slowly dying. Nobody wants to pay theatre prices and Hollywood keeps shipping out crap. It will not end well.
Very true. Shaved head usually equals bad ass. The only guys who wear toques year round around here are douche-bag dudebros. So I have a hard time embracing Delsin in the hero role.
With Great Power comes Great Responsibility....and a toque that you wear year-round apparently.
After so many delays and hype, this game is under a lot of pressure to deliver. Hopefully they can pull it off. And have towelie as a playable character. ;)
Would you say "don't Titanfall for the hype"?
Maybe its time to step away from the 'modern' era. Maybe a futuristic spin or a revisit to past conflicts. Call of Duty:Vietnam?
Sounds like Nintendo can follow in the steps of the 3DS. They already have a great lineup of new games, now the Wii U just needs a price cut and boom!
3rd step they need to do is advertise. Nintendo direct is great, but Ninty needs to hit the marketing drum hard. Youtube, TV, buses and subways, wherever Nintendo can paste an advertisement. Remind people that Nintendo is still there. And still making great games.
Nintendo Direct are really only viewed by people that already have a Wii U or other Nintendo product. Nintendo needs to hit The Masses. They need an advertising/marketing campaign to hype up their games. Word of mouth just isnt doing it for Nintendo anymore. They need to promote the living hell out of Donkey Kong, Super SMash bros, and Mario Kart.
Plus the Big Picture layout could teach X1 a thing or 2. All in all, steam is very well built.
My gf and I both rock diablo 3 and path of exile. But it's animal crossing and harvest moon that she plays the most.
This is the weapon of a Jedi Knight. Not as clumsy or as random as a blaster. An elegant weapon... for a more civilized age.
