Why do people turn everything into a Xbox vs Playstation thing. Both companies are doing well, both are making money, both are being competitive.

This would be the ideal scenario I think, with Warzone and the seasonal stuff releasing a game every year doesn't make any sense, I might purchase the season pass if it had worthwhile content and I knew it wasn't going to be obselete in less than a year.
I am looking looking forward to MW2, hopefully it can be a step in the right direction for them.
I really did not like the first game, I thought it was as boring as a game could ever be. However I won't say it was a bad game as clearly there are a lot of people who enjoyed it.
Remember just because you don't like something doesn't mean other people have to dislike it also.

I prefer to go off a lot of YouTube reviewers opinion/word of mouth to be honest.
Examples like deathloop which is an average game at best getting 10/10 just shows how broken the mainstream review system can be.
I will say metacritic still has a place in the industry as normally it can be good to get a general consensus in a short space of time, but I wouldn't base my purchase on said meta score.

This comes with its own problems obviously with the lack of games, but you don't hear about crunch and sexual misconduct surrounding Xbox, which obviously is an improvement on Bobby Koticks ...

I was expecting this to be next year, glad it's not though as 2023 looks packed with releases.

Sound wise I really enjoyed the Flame burning, sounded super relaxing.

Nah if you go back to early to mid 360 days they were putting out bangers, those first 4-5 of Xbox 360 were some of the best in any console generation, but that's a hell of a long time ago now.
