Of course YOU did.
@dark
You say some childish stuff man. This guy gets his comments disliked just because he's praising an Xbox game. You constantly take every opportunity to bash Xbox, almost makes me embarrassed to own the same plastic box as you do. You guys need to come up with better things to do with your life.
Like literal World of warcraft episode from south park vibes.
Genuinely the first current gen looking first party title from Xbox. I know people will say "oh this is just a racing game". Well it blows GT7 out of the water visually, just goes to show when competent Devs who know what they're doing can do.
No reviews have said it's 4 hours. I'm sure it's a great controller but don't fudge the figures, it's worse than the dualsense.
You're the problem or you're really unlucky, I've had my OG series X controller after 2 years and it's fine. Same with the Xbox one controller.
Disagree with the base controller, I think they will just stick the existing one, series 3 is a cert though.
Also I thought the Sony fanboys hated me even though I own and love my PS5 but just don't like anyone who has a Xbox or a PC. But damn they hate you my guy 😂
The edge is 4 hours. The elite series 2 is 40 hours. A touchpad and some fancy triggers does not equate to a 90% decrease in battery.
I actually like the PS5 adaptive triggers depending on the implementation (mainly first party titles). I think overall the Edge will be the better controller but the reviews I've watched have put the battery life as worse than the dualsense at about 4 hours, the series 2 is 40 hours and I refuse to believe that adaptive triggers and rumble means 10x less battery. That really isn't good enough, but if it's more reliable than the elite series, then maybe the less battery life will b...
Yeah the OG Xbox one controller was super reliable for me, Elite series 2 I've had replaced twice. It's the crappy shoulder buttons that always go for me, terrible design. Stick drift I've never had any issues with at all.
Can't imagine the battery being worse but the Dualsense had about 4 - 5 hours for me, which isn't really acceptable, I'd hope it would at least push it up to 8 - 10, if it's the same or less I don't care how good the controller is, especially with the Elite 2 offering 40 hours and in my experience that's spot on the money.
Absolutely worth it to people who have never played the game, it's a great upgrade and defo the definitive way to play.
Good idea, but I don't really trust SE to deliver anymore other than their FF games. It's a shame but I think after the demo this was a given.
Plenty more releases to look forward to this year.
It had good fundamentals. The gameplay is as good as it's ever been. However what they've done is built a solid foundation and then not built a house on it. The amount of maps and game modes at launch was pitiful. They could have just added redesigned classic maps and game modes and fans would be happy.
Poor management, that's all there is to it. From 343 and Xbox.
You guys clearly weren't around in the last recession or have shit memories..
It's not nice but unfortunately lay offs happen. A business is there to make money, and if staff aren't contributing to making money, they get laid off.
Same thing happened in 2008, even worse that it is now. Maybe not within the gaming industry, but millions lost their jobs.
I know I'll get comments saying "Microsoft is spending 70 billio...
Both consoles are selling really well, but only one gives you new things to play. I really hope Xbox has a good 2023 and gives us some good games. Rewards their fans patience and keeps Sony honest, competition is good for consumers.
Unfortunately I have little faith in them.
You could reboot the same story but I just think with the MCC they don't need to do that, I just think they'd need to do a a fresh start after a long lay off, a complete reimagining for the entire franchise.
Or like I said, come up with a new Sci-fi shooter that doesn't come with the baggage, maybe get ID to work on a new IP alongside DOOM, I think that could work.
Put it on ice for a decade and bring it back when you actually have a good idea on what to do with the franchise. Or better yet, come up with something new.
I love halo, but they have fucked up so bad with 5 and infinite I cannot see where the story goes. Only option would be a free to play multiplayer only game, which would be a damn shame because I love Halo's universe.
That's shit. I hope it's not the Devs but the people actually making all the shit show decisions that have left Xbox with like 2 competent studios out of 20+, it's a joke.
Should have added the full game tbh. I got it on sale and while being a good improvement, I still can't believe they expected £70. I paid £50 and it's still too much and got buyers remorse pretty instantly.
if this comes out and is what is promised it'll be great. I have very big doubts though of it even releasing.
