Mate you don't know what you're talking about. Res helps sometimes but as recent releases have shown, it's the CPU and VRAM that's bottlenecking most games now. Lowering resolution does little to effect that.
Plus I'd choose 4k30fps over 1080p anyday of the week on my 65" LG C1, 1080p looks gash at that screen size.

This game is being made by the guys who just released the best driving game of the generation a year or two ago, give them a break. It's coming, and what was shown was apparently in game footage, so I'm happy with that, plus with the amount of RPG's Xbox are releasing they need to space that shit out.
Fable, Starfield, Avowed, Clockwork. All RPG's, they release all those games within 12 months and the fatigue would effect consumers, trust me.
The game is one of the best things I've seen at a showcase in years, and you've got people here complaining that it's at 30fps.
Overall I'd say that's the best Xbox showcase since the 360 days, if you Ponies are genuinely complaining about what was shown I'd take a look in the mirror.

This is Ubisoft we're talking about here.. if they're charging less for something there's a reason for that. If it's a genuine attempt to get fans back inside great. But this screams the games only about 4-5 hours to me.
Xbox needs to show off proper gameplay for 3 - 4 first party exclusives and they've so called "Won E3". Saying that though it doesn't matter unless they can capitalise and deliver good on those games.
I have no doubts Xbox will have the better showcase, whether they can deliver on those games, that's where the a massive question mark.

All Xbox has to do is utilise its resources in the right way to make good games and they would be doing so much better. If this was an Xbox showcase people would be absolutely furious, and from what I've seen a hell of a lot of PS5 owners are annoyed. Just because Playstation has historically given us the better experience doesn't mean they can stop that and go back on that.
