IF he is not just telling pr lies about still having control, then sure this could be good. Custom hardware, ability to test new things without worry of cost, etc. I just don't see a company like FB spending 2 billion on something, and not sticking their dirty hands into it some how. I was looking at a 2 year period before an optional GPU upgrade anyway. Looks like that will work out perfectly. :)
The side missions were very weak. Other than that I'd have to say it was a great game. Hopefully they can learn what a side mission actually is before the next game because this one was WAY too short. Beautiful, fun, but short.
I know this, you know this. But there is no getting through the thick skulls of these console fanboys that just because your console can't play the game on Ultra, doesn't mean the game was downgraded.
Anyone else notice it's pretty easy to get stuck inside buildings using the 3rd power? When trying to stay up in the air for that achievement I end up getting caught inside of buildings and have to use the power over and over again to get out. I did take a pic, but I'd have to upload it from the ps4 to Facebook..etc.. Can't wait to be able to save straight to USB. How is a game downgraded just because consoles can't run the game at max settings? If the game looks like they show it, on pc, ultra settings, then they never downgraded anything. You just need to upgrade your hardware to align with your expectations. Seeing as most people have some that are pretty unrealistic. It's fun and all but it get's a big 1/5 for me, simply because it's a demo that has to be payed for. Nothing could make up those other points after that.

Just built my gaming pc last month so, waiting for an upgrade wasn't an option, as I had nothing to upgrade. I would have waited for the next GPU's but with no release dates, I decided to just build the best I could afford now. With this 90 day protection thing, can I trade my 3gb 780ti in for the 6gb version? $50 wouldn't be much for a boost in VRAM by 3gb. Hmm, I wonder where I put that box?
But that's still a pc. When people talk about pc's, high end pc's are in that category, interestingly enough.. Of course what he is talking about is only capable on high end pc's. But that experience is still available none the less. Saying "Only on high end pc's" doesn't make it any less true.
Exactly, if the game still looks like e3 2012 on pc, ultra settings then they have delivered what they promised. It's not up to them to determine the hard ware you are playing it on. Want those e3 2012 graphics people are bitching about, build a pc capable of it. People want to knock the devs for themselves not having a good gaming pc.
It's ok, we have all been lied to. I only really noticed after I built my pc. Can barely stand all the jaggies and frame rate drops on consoles anymore. Yes, I've become a graphics whore, and am not ashamed to admit it. Ignorance really is bliss, because I never really noticed before.
Just got this game in the mail today from Gamefly, and I'm having a blast with it. Didn't play the last two, so maybe that's why it feels completely new to me. I'm not very far in, but am really enjoying playing this game. It controls well, the visuals are fantastic for a console. It's just a fun game to play in my opinion. I don't even have a second power yet! Still so much more to see!

Great news, especially for pc gamers. Even the XB1 gets a nice 20% boost by what they are saying. How can anyone be upset or dislike this in any way? lol
That's the best kind of person to review it. If it's good enough to pull someone in that wasn't into the last 2, then it's a pretty big improvement. At least in the areas that particular person didn't like. You shouldn't have some person that is overly excited about the game and has 10/10 burned in their head before they even put the game into the console.
I'm glad it's getting good reviews. Definitely looking forward to playing it. There has never been a perfect game with no issues, so 10/10 is unrealistic, but the 7's and 8's are nice to see. That's usually a good game.
I'm just as excited as the next person for Infamous, but it is what it is. They are not attempts at lowering the score. If you want a 10/10 there has already been one posted. So there you go, go live in that unrealistic world. Because there has never been a 10/10 game, imo.

I hope it is Mercenary Kings for US. It's one of the best looking (game play wise)games with local co op coming out any time soon, IMO. Those are few and far between now days. I was going to buy it on Steam yesterday because it was on sale, but decided to wait for the ps4 version.
