I like a good pixel count/picture quality critique when buying a Blu-ray movie. I like to know how well they have transferred the master and check that it's not just a poorly upscaled DVD. For games, I do like to hear 1080p/60Hz, but that's not why I buy the game or not. Matters much more for movies than games.
Also, having well-mastered sound is often overlooked for games, but critiqued for movies. Why is that?
Thx for the info on the Petz franchise and thanks for the good thoughts on portable gaming. bubbles for you both!
i got it
as always!
Had to add Petz: My Puppy Family and Petz: My Baby Hamster to N4G when submitting this. Are these debut trailers for the Ubisoft franchise on PSP? Looks like Nintendogs.
(for free)
I feel so hot and so cold. Where are my glowsticks.
I'm not allowed to have a PSP at work, so I think it'd be pretty great to bring one of these in. I am going to see if I can find them on Amazon.
From the Article:
"Editor’s note: After numerous complaints of cheating and in-game content being offered as payment for votes, I’ve decided to close the poll. Way to ruin the fun for the rest of us, guys."
pretty cool find
Just noticed the in-game XMB
I like the slick interface. But can already tweet & facebook from PS3 browser. I thought we'd see a full IE web browser on XBOX360 announced - that would make more sense.
you da man!
looking forward to more exclusive E3 pics. I like seeing sites that go out and take their own pics or candid shots of the events. Sounds like not too many other sites were at this one though (60 people??)
But they are being delayed due to memory issues.
You guys should look at my posting history at PlayStation LifeStyle. haha I have been hinting about this for a while... look at the post on our most anticipated PSP exclusives!
Sev has known about this for a LONG time - it's been killin him.
what a joke - Jake Osuwah is a fake
I believe everything I read on the internet and quickly switch my opinion back-and-forth between two extremes. Please, someone tell me what I think today!
haha forgot the PS3 was originally announced with: "1080p High Definition gaming, 3 Ethernet ports, 2 HDMI outputs, 6 USB ports (4 front, 2 rear), Wifi, Bluetooth 2.0, and a built-in Blu-Ray drive"
haha 2 HDMI outputs I even kinda get. but 3 gigabit ethernet ports? What was the idea there?
Looking back I remember actually thinking the PSeye rubber duck tech demo was cool when PS3 debuted. We've come a long way.
You all have noticed that most of the sponsored content on Hulu is now sponsored by Bing.com, right?
