The only videos coming MAY be 33 music videos to SingStar. Those are english videos to the EU SingStore. But US will probably get about 20 (?).
My understanding is it's a PSN feature, in a partnership w/ Google, to bring news/weather/sports to a Google Earth interface. As such, you should expect to see it as an item in the same column as "Google Internet Search" and "Folding@Home" on the PS3 XMB.
You'll have to download it and it may be advertised in the store. But that's what they did with Folding@Home if you'll recall.
In the past I have posted the story 2-3 days in advance. Almost ALWAYS the day before. I've been out of town a lot though and this one went up late.
Also, 3-4 hours is a bit of an exaggeration on your end as well. Considering it was posted before 1pm EST and the PLAYSTATION Store isn't updated until AT LEAST 6pm EST. It's not uncommon to see an 11pm EST release of store content. So that's a 5-10 hour early heads up.

Wow, the SixthAxis was wrong here. Wish they wouldn't spread false information. Was that just a guess or an assumption?
Everything about the game was SCARY, except the SOUNDS. The soundtrack was actually awesome, but i mean the sound effects. The noise the creepy enemies make was just SO LAME. Sounds like someone recorded it on Sound Recorder. It totally detracts from the rest of the game.

This game was already in Sony's QA testing when the 2.40 SDK was released to developers for implementation. The game costs $9.99 making it an unlikely candidate for the first 3rd-party game to support trophies at launch.
Camera controls were a little wonky at times, the game was a little too linear - but if I was into the horror/survival genre, I would definitely be picking this game up.
Oh and one more thing, next week’s store update should be INTERESTING. We could possibly see the debut of “Life with PlayStation”, Linger In Shadows released, a Madden 09 demo, and the full PixelJunk Eden game (with trophies)!

Firmware 4.05 support for the video/tv store is UNIVERSAL. SO the framework is there for you in other regions. You don't know anything about content until tomorrow's press conference.
Because Unreal Engine 3 still isn't ready for next-gen. It's honestly awful and has delayed so many PS3 games.
