Yeah, Prey is a great game.
I walked past it at my local Walmart for like a year before I finally purchased it (for $20). I figured it would suck, but after just an hour or two of playing it, I realized that it was one of the best FPS games I had ever played.
It's a shame that it doesn't get mentioned more often.
I bet it was a copy of this...
No, many of us understand that a "10" does not mean that the game is flawless, it simply means that the game is the cream of the current crop.
Call of Duty 4, Bioshock and Mass Effect are 10's. Period.
These "journalists" need to stop writing these "What were we thinking?!" articles.
It's played out, and more often than not, just comes across as an attempt to generate controversy/hits.
Did you play Too Human, or did you just read on the internet that it sucked? (serious question, by the way)
I consider Too Human to be one of my top 10 favorite games of all time, and many other people loved it, also.
It's fine if people played it and didn't enjoy it, but saying "Too Human sucks" without actually playing the game may mean that you will be missing out on a game that you would love.
Some of my favorite games were hated by r...
I played The Maw demo last night and I loved it.
I will be buying the full game today.
I've already seen enough of Obama's mug to last me a lifetime.
I don't want to see it while I'm playing my video games.
I have been stuck on the same level of LBP for months and it's REALLY pissing me off.
I've pretty much stopped playing the game (because I can't unlock the next level and dying over and over again makes me want to punch a Sackboy in the balls lol).
I'm talking about the level where the giant wheel spins around while you are inside of it. I think the level is called "Bunker" but I'm not sure.
I get to the bottom of that stupid wheel and then I die...
That's ok, I figured as much. : )
"Man, I feel insignificant"
God thinks we are VERY significant.
That's enough for me. : )
Yes, very beautiful.
I can only imagine the things that are out there that we will never see...
Eminem is a morally bankrupt lowlife, who needs to stop the tuff guy act and start being the man that he already thinks he is.
It's time to grow up, my friend.
If Sony manufactures it?
$899.00
But don't worry, Sony says that "people will work more hours to buy one".
The lack of two analog sticks is the reason I haven't purchased a PSP.
If the PSP ever gets another analog stick I will buy one.
Make it happen, Sony.
"2009 is turning out to be the best ps3 year yet."
That ain't saying much. lol
For God's sake people, wake up and realize that the entire "carbon problem" is a giant scam.
It's simply a way to tax and control you (and make you feel good about it at the same time).
Our governments have a sinister agenda, and this issue is part of it.
I don't disagree with you, Solidjun5, but he is not the only one saying that the controls are "off", and the developers DID promise fully customizable controls.
I'm simply saying that a game like Killzone 2 should not be held back by something as simple as a lack of customizable controls.
I'll never understand why the developers did not go with the universally loved "COD 4" control layout, or why they broke their promise of custom button mapping.
Controls can make or break a FPS, so why frustrate people with controls that they are not comfortable with?
It would be cool if they lived up to their promise of allowing the player to customize their controls via a patch.
All of the hype around OLED makes me want to see one for myself.
Hopefully they will come down in price by the end of the year.
*Hmm...just read the article and it looks like they will not even be available for a while. : (
There is no mystery behind Sony's failure and Microsoft's success.
It's simple, right from the start the Xbox 360 offered more/better exclusives, and multiplats performed better on the 360, as well.
Bluray was not wanted at that point in time, either.
The PS3's online was not even close to what Xbox Live offered.
And to top it all off, Sony was asking $600 for that inferior console. They said things like "People will work more ...
