All aboard the hype train!

You must first understand how stupid people in the world are...see, just by moving to the U.S., a former resident of England is no longer English, their D.N.A. has been tainted so bad and pulluted to the point they no longer represent what they once were. The only word hideous enough to describe them is "American". The same happens with most European and Middle Eastern countries with the inclusion of Australia and some others.
Soon, the hatre...
"Need for Speed World has the same high quality graphics and gameplay fans have come to expect of the series"
After Carbon there was a complete fall off when the game tried to go "sim". There is no longer an expectation of quality attached to the name.
Agree with Alpha. I never cared for Halo myself, but to say it wasn't a quality game is just living in denial. The game is very well balanced and the weapons have a real quality feel to them.
Regardless of your choice of console or whether or not the game appealed to you, you should be able to admit that the game is class. Well, at least the multiplayer portion of it.

"I never said a black person talk "black". I said a black person talks like a black person would, whatever that talking style is, and that has nothing to do with his level of education."
By saying a black person talks like a black person, you're implying there is a difference between the language used between blacks and other races. Saying "whatever that talking style is", doesn't change that your stateme...
Too many butthurt people here. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion. Isn't that what most of you who tout ____ system as the best one are doing? Give the guy some credit for having the decency and maturity for apologizing and admitting that he shouldn't have voiced that given his status as a generally respected critic.
Any fool can make a stupid statement, it takes a grown man to apologize when he's wrong.
Nothing to see here, I'm sure many more articles like this will be surfacing.
I don't know about the character change, yet, but I have faith in the devs so I'll wait to see whether it really affects the game.
Agreed. I cannot wait for this title. I absolutely loved the first one...
Well, I'll believe that if Crysis 2 on the 360 is graphically the same as GeoW 2. No way. If it's better than, what I understand to be the best graphical game on the 360, I'd expect everyone on this site who said, "Yes", to eat their words. Maybe even come back and apologize? I don't even own a 360, but saying the 360 won't improve is saying devs just aren't talented enough.
Was the question, "Is The PS3 The Console That Will Advance The Most?"
What's up with all of the ^^^^^^? I'm not sure what effect you're looking for with that.
In terms of graphics, I think anyone who says the 360 will not continue to improve is very narrow-minded. Why? Just look at the systems of last gen. Nowhere near the power of today's consoles, yet their improvement was very noticeable as more time passed. Maybe the 360 won't evolve at the same rate, but to say you've already seen the best it's capable of...sorry, I cannot agree. Better software engines will produce better graphics. That's how consoles work since hard...
Yeah, I gotta agree, where's the AWP?
What about one of Borderlands' legendary sniper rifles?
Would the rail-gun from Quake be counted as its "sniper"? Not many guns have completely assploded fools like the rail. One of my favorite guns in an FPS, ever.
Get Bayonetta. It's worlds better than using the Izuna Drop Technique to kill every regular enemy in the game. Varied combat ftw.
I haven't seen the word "write" butchered twice like that before. From "right" to "wright"...how impressive.
I understand a game may influence a child or young person, but when you have mid range teenagers blaming video games it's just to get out of trouble. Unless there's something seriously wrong, no game will "cause" you to do something like that. In the vast majority of circumstances, things of that nature are just used out an excuse and such things shouldn't excuse anything.
Blaming and overregulating video games is silly. Labels are there to tell paren...
@MrAnon
I get what you're saying but it's not the best analogy since Solid Snake wasn't really that involved in two MGS games (one followed Naked Snake, the other was more about Raiden). I think the article does Halo a slight disservice because it in a way says, "This is just a knock-off Halo title and not quite up to the quality you'd expect." And as MGS has shown, the main character doesn't really have to be involved to make a quality title w...
Can the news? Can violence on TV? Can abusive parents? How about a significant other?
I hate things like this because the answer isn't yes or no. Can it cause violence/aggressive behavior? No, weak people cause that. For every murder (extreme situation) that's blamed on Beavis and Butthead, music, games, movies, etc, there are millions of people who have watched the same thing (or played/experienced) who didn't feel the need to act outwardly and cause harm. ...
Good points. Which is why I compared them for Sef. Was the first motion device on the Wii? No, it was on computers long before and the PS EYE did motion first (on consoles to my knowledge). But it WAS Nintendo that blew it up. They weren't the first, just the first to do it well. Sony was no different. Dreamcast did online, but MS was the first to do it well (again, not including PC). Disc media was definitely first on PCs.
In any case, good job adding further ins...
The ergonomics would depend on the game since you're basing it off of the position of the thumbstick. What about games where the d-pad is more effective? Then the PS3 shines. There have been so many arguments over which controller is better, but really, it all comes down to preference.
I'm more accustomed to the Sony's controller than any other, but I wouldn't say it's better. The two biggest flaws I see are the shape of the triggers on Sony's co...
