I don't think they are half committed if they spend money creating a beast like the Xbox one X.
It doesn't take a genius to see that for the last few years they have been trying to improve their image since E3 2013. Like they person said before...if they release stellar exclusive games they will be on top and if I was a player who only plays Third party games, Xbox would be my go to place.

It's a new IP with soulsborne gameplay and with a grappling hook gameplay which is obvious from the first trailer.
Bloodborne 2 may be announced but that would not be the main team that made the first. If miyazaki's hand isn't involved it won't be the same as the first Bloodborne. I expect the quality to be close to dark souls 2 when Miyazaki was not part of the team.

Sony gave them many chances and they delivered. Why don't you think Crackdown can't do the same? What is the purpose of the delay....to improve and to reach a goal right.
Why are people thinking this delay is going to be bad and it spells doom for ms. God of war, last of us, the Witcher 3 and many more game got delayed and the end game was absolutely worth the wait.
Why are we not giving Crackdown a chance to prove itself?
If they give us a good trailer with an idea of where they are going with the game then I will be okay with the delay.
I hope they delayed it to change the game to a battle royale game. Crackdown never had a strong campaign but where it really strived was the open world. Crackdown already have this hybrid RPG feel to it, so I can imagine players jumping off a plane and landing at spots of the map and gathering agility points and weapons. And throughout the game kill players ...

Game pass gives people more access to games.I prefer people play these games and try different genres rather than jump into the fortnite bandwagon.
