If you think Crackdown 3, Gears 5 and Forza 8 are little games then you are mistaken. Sony can't comprehend how to create a game with both single player and multiplayer balance. Tell them to go learn how the current market works before there biggest selling point become their very undoing....
Similar to Nier Automata, I can picture all those games but project Judge being ported to the Xbox. None of them are first party games from Sony so they can be ported to Xbox if Phil pushes into Japan and with recent hirings they seem to be doing just that.

I don't know how Japan's presence in the indie scene is like but it would really help Xbox if Phil could start up a couple of studios with an emphasis on smaller Japanese titles.
I don't think ms shouldn't break the bank they just need one decently sized studio and some smaller studios working on indie titles.
I suggest they acquire Mistwalker studios and get Sakaguchi to work on something along the line of Octopath or maybe something like Dragon Quest XI. ...

As far as I know, Sony doesn't create any Jrpg and they solely rely on third-party support for that. This makes it possible for games like Persona 5, Dragon quest xi and ni no Kuni to be released on Xbox.
The initiative is the one to watch out for they have been hiring the best talent as of late.
