Hasn't supported Japan because of previous management.
Phil has started a new recruitment agency in Japan to find talent and the first stop is a studio Ms themselves help to create.
Can't believe people are hating on Red Dead Redemption 2.
Story-Perfect, emotional and thrilling to the end. Arthur is undeniably the best character created this gen.
Open world Design- A league of its own
Gameplay- Great shooting with great open world mission design.
Presentation- No games come close this gen to beating it this gen. Considering its an open world game with many things going on, it a technical marvel
Replability- 100+hrs of game...
Lost Odyssey 2, please.
Games set in period era aren't as popular and red dead only sold due to that Rockstar name and reputation in the industry. The common person will see a game set in the wild west as off-putting.
Cyberpunk is a recipe for success with most audiences out there.
FPS attract the most attention, WRPG will attract the most hardcore of RPGs gamers out there, it's a futuristic setting and graphics will definitely appeal to everyone and the added reputation of CD Project red ...
Well done, this is a much needed move.
People are easily exploited out there and a union will be their logical voice of reason in this industry.
I have worked in the creative industry and crunch time is something inevitable. No matter how hard you work at the beginning, it is inevitable that you will work to the last second before submitting. It's good to know that people get payed for the overtime they do and only people who have been through this predicament will under...
"RDR2 gameplay realllyyy pushes on the hyper realism"
The game doesn't shove the realism down your throat, sure crafting can be tiresome but that's what makes it interesting. You can craft a whole bunch of stuff but the game makes a point of making it mundane so you don't feel like an overpowered machine by making 1000 fire arrows and explosive shotgun rounds which other games do. Same with hunting, they purposefully made skinning a long process so you don't...
"Do I need my horse's dynamic testicle physics and shitting patterns? Does having to press R2 multiple times to drink a cup of coffee really add to my immersion in the world? What in god's name do mercilessly unforgiving collision physics contribute, aside from interruptions to story moments and YouTube fail compilations? How could details like oily and muddy water, custom mounting animations, and farting ever justify the cost of Rockstar Games employees' 100-hour work weeks?...
FYI...That was a rhetorical question
Whats a B studio???
If you consider obsidian, playground games, Inxile and Ninja theory a B studio, then I want more B studios.
There are some twisted words in this article that makes Ms look like the ultimate bad guy.
????
Why do you think that they have to be financially broke to be acquired? Maybe they just want to make a game that Sony doesn't want to publish and Ms wants in their portfolio of studios.
If diversity in games bothers people then they should fix up. Red dead redemption 2 did it really well and bioware will achieve the same thing.
Wish there was a person to represent PC
Man...they need to chill with the trailers
They should have done those announcements at XO19. Don't know why they decided to save the announcement.
I have no idea how to came up with the conclusion that it would take 4 years to release a game. Obsidian can easily do it in 2 yrs with a team of 200 which they are currently are at.
The Initiative- New game in 2-3 yrs with a possible reveal in 2 yrs(2020 or 2021)
Compulsion game- New game in 2-3yrs (2020 or 2021)
Inxile- Already have Wasteland 3 schedule for 2019 and have wasteland 1 remake(2020 and an unannounced new game in works.(2021 or 2022)
He used a hooker analogy and you think that was eloquently put ???
....I hope I missed the sarcasm in your comment.
No, HD editions don't really have any relevance today. It needs a full octopath traveller treatment.
The Ip is owned by Obsidian which is owned by MS so the future of the IP is in the hands of MS. I think this is one of those moments where Ms should have flexed their muscle and pay 2k for exclusivity, they did so with Tomb Raider and Titanfall it baffles me why they didn't do it for this one.
On the other hand, this announcement was kind of a rush piece of work and it can be seen from the hastily put together trailer. It very obvious they wanted to smear this in Bethesda's f...
It's funny because the ending was actually the best part of the game.
Shooting was good and with options to adjust it to your liking makes it more accessible.
The shooting is good not excellent and people(not you) shouldn't use that as an excuse to deny it GOTY.
