Probably. It's coming to Vita. Now Vita is still popular in Japan, but compared to Switch? Vita is about to be dead in Japan too thanks to Switch and Sony's complete lack of support. They also skipped the 30+ million Xbox users.

Self regulation doesn't always work, and it's better we get transparency and this is ripe for abuse. I hope the government starts regulating this.

Sony can't release another console as soon as possible because of cost and the lack of technology available. MS did a marvelous job with the Xbox One X while Sony in a bid to cut cost bungled the PS4 Pro.

The Xbox One X doesn't just have the extra RAM amount, but also the extra bandwidth that allows it to run 4k textures.

Also the low resolution texture seen in the video and described below sounds gnarly on the PS4 Pro. I guess there is nothing they can do about it.

If you want 4k goodness, you can't skimp on the space. If you are okay with lower fidelity then you can save space.

Last generation, Sony wasn't to eager to talk about sales either. What is your point?

Either way, I think Phil Spencer is right. Gaming is larger than console alone, and measuring it by your console sales alone is flawed. Maybe that is why MS cares about the gaming industry and has consumer friendly initiatives like Xbox Play Anywhere, free backwards compatibility, crossplay, mods and services like EA Access.

Phil Spencer is doing God's work again. Love Xbox commitment to ensuring my existing and past games continue to play on my current and future Xbox consoles. Not only does it play them, but it will also play them better!

Being able to play some of my favorite games all on one console like Mass Effect trilogy, and Red Dead Redemption is so awesome.

There doesn't seem to be a problem at all. The Xbox One X standard edition is sold out at Amazon, Target and Walmart. Maybe Best Buy or GameStop is next.

So far, the Xbox One X has outsold the PS4 Pro this year on Amazon too. A whole years worth of sale, condensed into just preorders and we don't know how much of a gap it is too. The demand is insanely strong.

Mark Cerny was also in charge of PS4 Pro, and that turned out to be a disappointment, so I hope he learned some lessons there for PS5. Also, keep that compatibility in PS5 with enhancements, not butterfly mirrored chip disabling.

I have mad respect for Cerny as he seemed like an incredibly humble guy. I rarely hear him speak though.
