I think we have to talk about break even, not losses, before profit.
It just did horribly sales wise, so not many people cared.
MS cares more about IPs they own now, which is a good thing.
It sounds like MS is just ending generation forever. The pricing of XB1/PS4 is also at mass market prices, so they are all transitioning over.
I think long term though, MS has a very solid strategy, and they did everything right with Xbox One X. If they have the same commitment to the hardware and the platform with games, I think we are going for a treat the next few years. Remember, it's not a sprint, but a marathon and MS is exercising a lot.

They are. It just takes time, but if MS is as invested into exclusives as they are the system, we are all in for a massive treat.
MS does seem to be more for the players than the competition that only says it. Thanks to MS I'm enjoying EA Access, crossplay with Switch/PC, access to my games on PC as well as on Xbox, and a host of free games due to BC. To top it off, it is improved too!

If you are that concerned about user reviews though, there is Forza 6, a two year old game also has higher scores than GTS both by critics and users.

It sounds like you are not only uninformed, but trying to convince yourself that you made the right choice with PS4 Pro. Instead of looking to see if the grass is greener elsewhere, just enjoy your console man.
This is amazing for Xbox One owners.
I also want to add that, you can parade around on the sales of GTS, but I think the rest of us is happy Forza 7 is really well received game by the critics. I wish GTS was the same.
I think it is surprising that somebody would call it return to greatness, when it is the lowest scoring GT game on metacritic. The entire series has been in a steady decline with each iteration. GT was once the premier racing series and now it is hanging out with Driveclub.
I'm hoping this is a learning experience for PD and that the next GT will be a stellar title.

Desperate for offering you the ability to play the games you own enhanced for free instead of forcing you to buy and play the remastered version?

Did you know OG Xbox games also will get a resolution upgrade? They will run at close to 4k. That is NATIVE 1920p if the game is originally 480p!

I suggest 8-9 minutes on roiling boil for a nice moist middle. That of course confirms that the game is incredible. Your fault if you can't see that.
