They're just under enormous constraints from their publishers. They would give us everything we want if money weren't an issue.
They're not far apart and I am only going by the article, but I see that PS4 version has more detail on the players faces and the One version appears to have some jaggies randomly spewn about. That's when I scrutinize the games though.

If one has money to invest in a nice set up, then PC is the way to go I would think, but if one wants the most bang for their buck and the best exclusives to come to gaming then buy a PS4.

Honestly, this Gen is going to be the opposite of last Gen when it comes to multiplatform games. PS4 versions will have higher resolution and better frame rates.
Both machines will for sure have kick ass exclusives as we know, but the gap is there. The cross platform games are just going to be more polished and playable on PS4. That is unless the ps4 versions are gimped for parity.
Time will tell, but I for one am patiently waiting for the SONY kickass exc...

I preferred the 2600 look myself, but the NES was so awesome. Console for the ages.
I too must say how amazed I was at first when I started up my ps4 and installed a game. The UI and installs are so snappy and a delight to use. With PS3 you had a bit of a load to go between game and xmb, but now its instant and awesome. Used the browser one time and that was miles better than its predecessor as well.
I haven't used voice control as I don't have the new eye cam, but this video shows exactly what I suspected about all voice commands. They work occ...
Of course! I've been trying to explain this all along. Haven't you all noticed how the power of the cloud BS didn't really come to be until the DRM outrage and reversal? They touted the cloud prior, but once there was true unholy outrage over the DRM, MS needed another reason to get everyone online.
Everything this company does is a means to the same end. Get an always connected device into living rooms and then reinstall their vision of drm.
