that doesn't mean anything, everything starts on PC-_____-....
What's up with this game, it's looks so good in videos and during the lead up to a match, but then the gameplay is horrendous. I don't know if it's the connection or because it's a beta or what not, but the gameplay needs to be a lot smoother.
I think they should just make the spartan ops maps available as firefight map now that the season is done.
His voice is epic but the voice acting in general isn't that good, I would prefer it in Greek with subtitles just for some sort of authenticity. Something about cheesy dialogue in the middle of an epic situation is a turn off.
I dont understand this contradicting feminine philosophy. They don't want to be objectified sexually, then you go to a feminist facebook page and they talk about exposing their sexuality because "they want to", without realizing that's what men would want too. So they're basically being objectified in trying to convince themselves they're not.
strategy is take a shit on everything
I'm a hugeee gear of war fan, and for the most part i agree with this.
My only problem is with the lack of new monsters and just more epic things in the campaign. Of course this is only judging from what they've shown, but usually new additions like the ones i want are shown beforehand to promote the game.
I've just been feeling iffy with the extreme focus on overrun and multiplayer, where the campaign has just shown the "khan" dude wit...
console has been out for 8 years now.......
I understand that totallyy. But i just don't get the crazy overreaction people had. Internet threats, boycotting, sending cupcakes. They didn't do a good job but they definitely didn't deserve that stuff.
I didn't even find a big issue with the ending, I don't know what ppl wanted.

Exactly, and just the general lack of fluidity in the animation and camera movement says it's real time. At one point the camera just pans around the character in a clunky and unusual way, that kinda of stuff would not be planted in a CGI.
CGI is almost always smooth and easy to notice, i remember the killzone 2 demo, it was really obvious from the animations that it was CGI.
Because all those animations take away from the gameplay. Killzone had heavy and realistic first person animations because it was a slow shooter. Not saying it's a bad thing, but the aiming was difficult and not smooth, and you couldn't maneuver around the environment much, no jumping onto platforms or pulling headshots with your reflex.
It was meant to be that way though, the whole game was designed to accept those heavy movements and animations, which made the game...
@nukeitall
yes precisely what i was trying to say!
@tiqila
You're fragmenting their ideas and allocating them to potential sources so obviously it looks like nothing new was innovated. But it's the collection of all these borrowed ideas in a formula that's so easily accessible is what makes gears innovative.
On top of that the borrowed features were much improved than they were in the original games. Killswitch had cover system but it wasnt the smoothest and in re4 you couldn't move while aiming so wha...
Being earlier than expected isn't "unexpected", and 8 days before April when it's "expected" to be announced isn't some crazy break of pattern.
