I'm amazed, the badassery in this game is too damn high.
Probably destiny 2 next yea, followed by more expansions that complete the game.

Because you don't understand anything about either system. PS4 being more powerful doesn't mean every game is magically going to have "slightly more detail".
Just like Xbox One having Cloud power isn't magically going to make every game have extra physics.
You have seen Crackdown 3 right? By your logic the PS4 can't have that kind of destructibility so it's clearly less powerful.
