Just like battlefield 2 and counter strike have already proven, online multiplayer blows away single player games. Lets face it, once you go through a single player campaign thats it. You have been there seen it done that. But multi is so much fun, and so much replay value. This game looks amazing. And thats coming from someone who HATES third person perspective! But I'll put up with that to enjoy what this game is offering.

Wow! I haven't really give much thought to this game but its looking amazing! The graphics engine really has come a long way from the first footage I saw. What I'm really blown away by, is how cool the ground action graphics are. Not just an afterthought tacked on to the flying.
This looks sweet.
Oh and as for ai bots, that takes alot of cpu, and is no where near as fun as killing online humans! If offline bottage is supported, there may be more glitches/slowdown I would think....

This is shaping up to be a huge selling title indeed. Online death matches with mouse n keys baby! Oh yeah!
Virtua fighter is more precise and satisfying. And it's not as cheap. But thats not to say Tekken isn't a great franchise because it is . Great fun.
Number 1) Ghost Recon games are $hit.

I was not blown away by motorstorm is all. But I'll give multi player a decent shot tonight after the old lady stops hoggin me bandwidth..HEHE!

After playing VF5 all week this looks and handles a little 'last gen'.
But to be fair, it does look ok for ps2 gfx. But how gamespot gave this buttton masher a higher score than vf5 is beyond me. The reviewer must suck at REAL fighting games.
Well I hate to have to agree with SEGA but they are right. Online would never work. Timings are split second on alot of moves so that would suck ass. I guess for button mashing foos it would be ok, but It's not that kind of game.
At my brother in laws, it seemed like it paused during gameplay. But I could fart about the menus and stuff while it was downloading.

Gamespot is just a SHILL for Microsoft these days, and everyone knows it.
And the bias is so obvious, for example. Check out the review of virtua fighter 5 on the ps3. They give it 8.1 even though its arcade perfect and blows every other fighting game out there away. (Don't say "waaaaaaa no online!", because this game is not for noobs, onlag would not work).
