If you guys could actually make good games in abundance vs a random good game every 6-10 years maybe you wouldn't need to lay people off.
Whoever is in charge of firing Phil should be beyond scared that despite Microsoft giving away every first party game with a great consumer friendly subscription the Series X is still getting demolished in sales by the PS5 despite their gaming drought and awful subscription models.

Correction, when you have literally the best subscription model in media and basically give away your entire console ecosystems library of games as well as countless third party titles and people still don't want your console you have a problem.
