I mean there are small similarities with the HUD and character design but it looks more like TimeSplitters using Counterstrike models than what the game looked like on PS2/XBOX.

I mean a majority of the negative reviews are due to the game being unfinished and in a very poor state at launch.
Maybe gamers aren't buying games anymore because they are sick of the laziness from developers who expect us to pay first and wait until later for a quality product.
