No, Ubisoft DID NOT "own" FR....they merely published Haze for the PS3 (apparently because Sony had no interest in it). FR was independent, until Crytek purchased them, and they became Crytek UK.

I'm in a crackerbox apartment, with a 10 x 8 max area...including room needed for my TV + cabinet, and furniture on the facing wall...and with 3 different adults using it, we've NEVER had a problem.
...they are lightning fast, and download + install simultaneously. Just one of the many little differences that make XBL worth the $$ for so many gamers. My wife got so fed up with the PS3, that she stopped playing LBP and Pixel Junk Eden, because every time she wanted to play, there was another stupid update, and it would take fooooorrreeeevvvveeeerrrr.
